"I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks to the courteous staff and the pleasant suites. The food at Sorriso was exceptional, and I was particularly impressed by the live performances by the singer, who had a great selection of songs and ended with a beautiful finale. I'd also like to extend my gratitude to the Sorriso restaurant staff for their excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast crew at Senses PJ and Ester, including the Jr Sous Chef who personally checked on us at our table, ensured a seamless experience. Overall, it was a good stay, and I appreciate the attention to detail and hospitality provided throughout."

The staff was awesome and were very prompt in their service. The dining was good with staff being so friendly and going that extra mile to keep us happy and satisfied. I would highlysuggest that the vegetarian and the non veg sections were kept separate.

There is nothing much for the kids to do. No big play area, the badminton court was outside so couldn't play bcos of the rains. Swimming pool did not have kid pool. Floaters not provided by the hotel.

Everything was good.

I wish to have non slipary tiles in bathroom. Two three times I was about to slip. Another thing is road noise in the bedroom. Not sure how it was coming even sliding windows were closed. Last thing is when you close the curtains they should overlap each other. In our bedroom there was open space at centre even curtains were closed. In the morning light coming from middle space was interupruting our sleep. In short when curtains are closed then there should be darkness.

We were a big fan of marriot suites in Pune. But when it came to cooperation and guidance. It was a complete zero. Being as a marriot bonvoy member, nobody helped us to redeem our points. Plainly the answer was we don’t know and it’s a bonvoy issue. It’s a bad experience, rather than sweet talk , a guided and helping hand was required, which did not exit. Pathetic scenario.

Room was spacious and comfortable with great amenities like Tv, fridge, microwave, kitchen and dinner ware and ample water bottles in the room..Also good amount of hangers, towels and toiletries..The staff right from the entrance, reception, room service were courteous and attentive..Food that were ordered was delicious and good in portion. It was a smooth check-in and checkout. This is my second time, and I absolutely loved it.

Bedsheets and certain areas in the room could have been cleaner. It would be nice to have charging points on both sides of the bed, and the bathroom door was a bit heavy and noisy to close.

Liked the Courtesy of Staff was above expectation. I want to recommend a few staff Akshay Room service ( Bell boy) was very helpful and a very kind person gave us information about the hotel Head Waiter Vinod in Senses restaurant was an amazing humble person. Waiter Shridhar took care of my family needs during our meals he was knowledgeable and he exactly knew what we going to like to eat. Highly recommended for employee of the month Sous chef Karan came over to the table and checked with us if everything is fine and even asked if he can make something for my daughter out of the menu. Overall a very happy and helpful Staff you have Plus overall experience with hotel was amazing Rooms were clean.

It was a well furnished 3-bedroom apartment which was very comfortable for our group of 7 ladies. The buffet dinner and breakfast package was very good value for money since both meals had an awesome spread. Housekeeping was quite efficient ....they replenished water bottles, tea/coffee sachets and toiletries promptly

The beds in two of the bedrooms were very narrow....they seemed to be smaller than regular queen beds. The folding bed for the extra person was very uncomfortable since the mattress sagged in the middle

The Breakfast spread was excellent and so was the staff efficiency. Live counters were managed well and food was served hot to the table. Choice of food was also sufficient.

The room floor needs to be cleaned better. Stayed in room no 4403. Also the Sakura SPA needs better trained therapists.

Spacious and clean suite, courteous staff, good amenities . Room service was quick but just a suggestion to add more options in the in room dining menu for brunch if possible.

They had installed automatic bidet on the toilet seat..it was a bit uncomfortable and took some time to get used to it .

The additional INR 2k as cleaning charges. That could be on a case to case basis depending on how have the pets behaved. 2k is super high.
