For the budget, it is a good find. Finely maintained and with good wifi. Just off the nagar road, close to viman nagar and the airport.

Place and locatity is good and calm. Neatly maintained.

Please confirm the check in time given in Booking. Com with the hotel. The fact they denied giving me early check in although it was mentioned in Booking.com and took extra buck for the same.

The place was close to the highway and easy to find using the address and landmarks. The staff was quick to respond and checkin was easy. The room had a balcony and was bright and airy. The AC, geyser, fan n lights all worked properly. Bed was comfortable.

The sheets were clean but not bleached...so looked like they were overused with old stains. While the room floors were generally clean, there were dirty corners, tapes on the bed and walls and other such things easy to rectify. Overall a passable stay option for the cost.

Location is little ok, space for parking is there.

No cleanliness, washrooms were in bad condition it was not cleaned. No handwash refill. Not value for money. I have been charged 1750 but it's not at all value for money.
