The location and the room were amazing. The breakfast was decent

The staff appeared to be unhappy and were sullen most of the time. The room service is bad - it took over 45 minutes to get the easiest things to be ready, which are French fries and a chocolate milk shake. I had to call up twice to ask for my order. When served ,the milk shake was watery and tasteless, The tea got over early during breakfast and they took a lot of time to replenish it. The staff were not courteous at all. The plate was cleared after 12 hours, I had to keep it outside. When i got my order, I was told to pay upfront rather than settling it later at the time of check out.

Value for money

Once I checked out, i didn't have access to the restaurant for dinner on the checkout day. Since my bus had gotten cancelled, I had to be in the lobby to wait till midnight and i requested to be in an air conditioned space But staff told me to wait in the lobby where there was no fan/AC and yes mosquitoes due to the plantation in the lobby.

Great location, amazing connectivity. Yummy breakfast and Dinner buffet. Must book if you like to have great breakfast everyday 😋

The rooms and it's furniture are too old. The bathroom fittings leak. Room are poorly cleaned. Above things can be ignored if you just try to be there just to rest at night.

We got upgraded to suite and it was amazing!! Room was spacious and everything was good. Complimentary breakfast was good. Swimming pool is excellent. No disturbance from the public crowd entering the hotel because it is in the roof top.

South Indian channels were not subscribed. TV remote batteries were dead.

Everything was okay, Breakfast was too good. Staff and services are nice expect few times but that is okay.

Room Lighting and not availability of Fresh air flow in room. Ordered food, Soft drinks like - (Lime soda) need drastic improvement.

While booking through your website booking.com, it mentioned breakfast included. But after I booked, hotel staff said that it was not included. Please check why it must have happened. This is app issue and not hotel issue.

Asmita at Front desk is really helpful. Sandeep at Housekeeping is excellent Property maintenance service is good.

Swimming pool is not that clean. Food and resturanent staff can do better with smile.

Breakfast and kitchen staff was not good. Very poor breakfast. Even we didint have choice to book without breakfast. There should be a choice if anybody wants to book without breakfast

Room were a surprise, got a suite that spacious with awesome view. Loved the food, not a bigger spread though authentic. Loved the location, maintenance could have been better

Rooms, big spacious and cozy

The property was very nice and clean, they also upgraded and provided us their premium room. It was very good and enjoyable stay with very polite and helpful staff.

Everything was good their, nothing to say to disliking the property.
