Location of the hotel is like a blessing for travellers. Phoenix mall in a walking distance. Lot of restaurants and food joints. Everything at a walkable distance. Room was very good bed/cleanliness/bathrooms. Did not try the food at hotel, so not sure about that. My priority was commuting/accessibility/food-options. So it was a bang on location.

Time to Check-in could have been better. I had to wait a long time to get checked into my room.

The hotel is well located if you have work in viman nagar , with lots happening outlets around. The staff was polite . Room no 204 was clean but for the little smell from the AC. They could have done with some air freshner. Or use of phenyl in pocha may be. Negatives was that for two day stay on double occupancy the access card was deactivated in morning and had to be reactivated. Even wifi password expired in one day and had to be again fed in. wifi speed was okok. There is no room service and lunch ordered came as a surprise in parcel..on the go..the rates were very high and quantity of food was not even for one person. Instead of kettle in room there was a coffe tea making machine in corridor and one could take any amount of tea, coffee, hot water, cold water and Marie biscuits and masala khakra. Overall experience was good and hotel is in safe place Will advise to increase hygiene and cleanliness by using phenyl or disinfectants.

Already mentioned above. Breakfast was good tho service was slow and the men on duty looked tired . There is no in room dining facility but food was tasty

The Hotel is well placed and very nice I have visited the property the second time as it is really convenient. Breakfast is good but can be more better if Poha, Aloo Paratha and Upma could be added in the breakfast menu.

Like last times review the pillows and bed. These need to be firm so that we do not end up with backache or neck pain.

Location was very near to airport and lot of good hotels nearby. Facilities inside the room were good enough. Size of the room could have been little bigger

Room size was quite small for a family of 4 with 2 kids. Booking.com could have suggested a better room for this

Rooms exceeded our expectations, the bed was really comfortable and spacious room. Service was amazing especially by Ashton Dias. He made sure that we were comfortable and had enough to eat. Since 2 of us do not eat spicy food, he also prepared them sandwiches with chicken. In addition they provided bottled water during dinner.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff were good and helpful. Appetite restaurant served good food.

The entrance was inaccessible due to water pool slushy. Unloading of luggage was cumbersome. Needs attention.

Good location. Compact hotel but does what you need it to do. Decent and clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Has a restaurant too.

It was really good ! The location is easily accessible, and the facilities are also well done Especially as a solo female traveller, so was happy to say it was really safe !

Very friendly staff, willing to make your stay very comfortable. Nice area near the airport, some restaurants around. Clean and modern rooms. Reasonable breakfast
