Clean, nice property

Smell is bad, the room I was given had a heavy musty humid smell they changed the room and it was good. However outside in the common areas heavy musty humid smell. The staff except for mangers not very friendly, specially front desk, not welcoming at all I think that they are not used to catering to tourist in this hotel and are not welcoming at all. They also do not allow charges from restaurants to the room they expect cod not very convenient

The room that I booked was Suite with bathtub and it was a spacious room with all the required facilities and if you need anything the front desk and staff with provide you that instantly, breakfast is buffet and dinner is alcarte and both have wonderful taste, the stay was relaxing due to pool which is accessible throughout the day and is very peacful in evening. A must stay property if you are looking something in 5*.

Room cleaniness is not up to the mark, rest everything is very wonderful about the property.

It’s located in a very very convenient part of Pune. The staff is really nice and it’s great value for money! For the price, it’s one of the best properties in Pune.

The food is very average tasting and they don’t allow outside food. So, go out and eat. They only give one key per room. So if you are more than one person, you’ll need a dummy key(which they provide) for room electricity so the other person can go out and come back.

It is one of the few hotels with a pool, bar and restaurant on the roof. This makes a big difference in terms of street noise. The staff takes care of things, especially if you have to extend your stay unplanned when the hotel is fully booked…

If a room extension is only possible after 1:00 p.m. due to special circumstances, a late fee of 50% will be charged automatically, without the personal being able to influence this. That's not acceptable!

Alankar, senior person in the reservations team, demonstrated excellent commitment, organised a very comfortable transportation promptly, made sure I was looked after well. The staff in breakfast lounge and rooftop restaurants was offered top class hospitality. Avinash in in-room dining was very helpful or get me tasty good quality food. Tandoori Fish Tikka is must have.

Bedside charging plug points were missing, perhaps bring a bit older property.

Exceptional Stay at O Hotel Koregaon Park I recently had the pleasure of staying at O Hotel Koregaon Park for three days, and I cannot express how delightful my experience was. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Firstly, I would like to commend Nikita, the receptionist, for her warm and welcoming nature. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Nikita even assisted us in checking in early, understanding the needs of our infant and making our arrival stress-free. The service staff, including Asavari, Sudhir, and Tanushka, truly made our stay memorable. Their attentiveness and genuine care were evident in every interaction. They not only looked after us exceptionally well but also went the extra mile to cater to the needs of our baby. Their professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service were truly commendable. A special mention goes to Sudhir, who recommended the most delicious food at the Indian restaurant. His expertise and knowledge of the menu added an extra layer of delight to our dining experience. His passion for his work and attention to detail were evident in every dish he suggested. The roof top restaurant’s, bar, and pool was a real treat. Good large bedrooms and the bathroom had all you need with a separate jacuzzi bath and a very power full shower. Staff could not have been more helpful. Clean inviting good priced hotel .

Not so much didn’t like , but breakfast could have had more options , as we have stayed in many hotels in Indian with much more options, but still it had all you need.

Amazing place to stay very courteous staff and excellent breakfast and dinner served at blue pepper restaurant We opted for half board non smoking Premier Room with spa tub and i must say I was mesmerized by the room and the spa tub loved the light systems 😃 Breakfast was superrbb with the best cheese masala omlette eaten so far Hats off to the girl who new our palate and prepared exactly to cater to our tastebuds Right from the bell boy Naresh to Uma at the entrance of Blue Pepper with her warm pleasing smile to Sudarshan who was so amazing and helped us to choose from the dinner options a la carte to our chai served to us in cutting cups by Krishna we loved the experience as well as simply sun bathing in adda lounge and blowing away with the swaying eagles and the lovely serenity of Pune All in all an amazing experience and a must stay in Pune but please go for non-smoking rooms 😃

the smoking zone rooms which smelt more like a chimney. We were earlier placed by Alankar at the front office desk into room 721 which was the smoking room and we were dissappointed at first as we already specified non smoking rooms then came our saviour Naresh the Bell boy of O Hotel Pune and immediately went down to reception and got our rooms changed to 6th floor 617 which was non smoking rooms and we breathed a sigh of relief Really appreciated this immediate help from Naresh 😃

I stayed for a week and the rooms were very spacious and clean.I was surprised the hotel gives a new brush every day as I could have used one for the whole week. The towels were very clean and cleaning staffs were excellent.I will stay there again next time.

I think the breakfast could have more varieties as I stayed for a week.
