The highlight of the hotel was the staff, smiling faces and great service all around. We were upgraded on the rooms and they were excellent. I remember visiitng the Diamond during college and it brought back great memories. The breakfast spread was excellent and the choices were widespread, from continental to local Pune delicacies. A place I would surely like to visit again....once again a big Hurray to the staff on duty. KEEP IT UP!!!

Nothing not to like, love to see that the service sector in Pune has changed for the best. Also, cant compare the property to other newer hotels in the area, the Diamond has a charm of its own. Cheers

Blue Diamond serves full breakfast with plenty of options for all tastes. The live station can make eggs to order, make dosa/uttapa/paratha etc to order. The staff at the restaurant will make you feel at home and I mean this in the nicest possible way ;) There are two more food options with Mystic Masala serving authentic Marathi (local) food and Bamboo house for Oriental. Both are very good. In general, this hotel should take pride in its staff. They simply bend backwards to serve you at all times. It's just exceptional.

The rooms can do with some upgrading. Although they have this classic charm, it's time for refurnishing because some of the other hotels nearby (Conrad, Sheraton etc) have significantly upgraded rooms and the room tariff is not that high there. However, given the outstanding service, I would prefer Blue Diamond just for their staff.

Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable beds and amenities with a delicious & huge breakfast spread. The hotel is very centrally located, close to the airport & business district. Lot of eateries & Ashram close by.

The key cards for entry to elevators and rooms should be changed from insert to swipe / touch. The front desk staff need to improve their GK about Pune or a concierge should be at hand to help answer questions about Pune.

Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere: reception, housekeeping, bar, breakfast and Chinese restaurants. Also special requests are fulfilled quick and efficiently. Modern, friendly reception area, very nice bar and Chinese Restaurant. The hotel has its own hotel car which is very clean, reliable and priced fairy.

The room is very functional, very clean has everything you expect but is quite old fashioned compared to the lobby.

Breakfast spread was good. Staff were very courteous and eagerly waited upon us. The atmosphere and ambience in the restaurant were both excellent. Food at Mystic Masala was outstanding. The overall service was among the best we have ever experienced in our travels so far and the attention to detail needs a special mention (organising a cake for our daughter's birthday, father's day compliments and the room upgrade to mention a few)

We are accustomed to slightly larger spreads at breakfast buffets. Not a complaint but may have been good to have a wider selection. Nothing else.

The best part of the hotel was the service: consistently competent; friendly and most importantly warm. It gave the feeling of being part of a family. Of particular note, the service staff at the restaurant was outstanding--warm; pro-active and very attentive. The food in the restaurant was very good--like mom made. And the evening ambiance for a glass of wine was terrific I had a great time there. I will recommend it to all my friend and definitely return when I am next in Pune. Milind RAO

The rooms are a bit old and shabby.

This hotel has an excellent location in Pune. Near the airport and right next to the happening area of Koregaon Park. For all the Five Stars in Pune this is excellent value for money. Adequately priced from room rate to food and beverage. The staff were superb in looking after our needs. From front desk, restaurant staff to management. Cannot complain. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pune for business or leisure.

Beautiful luxury hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Food was great a we enjoyed the swimming pool as well. There is a lot of staff to do and the staff is pleats ready to help with a smile.

We had a smoking floor what was for us non-smokers really uncomfortable, but they changed our room right after we asked for it. The walls are very thin.

Fantastic hotel, with spacious clean rooms. Multiple dining options, a lovely bar and large swimming pool. The gym was fully equipped. The Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast spread was absolutely fabulous. All in all, had a great experience.

Should have a few additional indoor games, like ping pong table, pool table etc.

My family enjoyed our stay at Blue Diamond. Incredible hospitality and Scrumptious spread lunch/dinner and breakfast too. Reception staff too were extremely courteous and Welcoming. Shout out to Ms. Prariksha (front office) and Mr. Babloo (restaurant) for their professionalism and patience towards the patrons.
