Staff were excellent and most polite people in this hotel! Good breakfast and descent size room! Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and all staff members should be proud of themselves in providing excellent care and support to guests!

One furniture (hairdryer drawer) was broken, risking cut in the fingers due to exposed nails! Towel supply was often forgotten until reminded on two of the four mornings! Hand shower connector pipe could be longer for tall person person use, though overhead shower was working fine! The hair dryer was missing but promptly supplied!

Nice big hotel where my most positive remarks go to the staff, both at the reception desk and at the restaurant, always ready to answer your requests and questions in a very friendly and efficient manner! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, as well as the beds. 5 star breakfast and the restaurant was very good at finding alternatives for non-spicy food.

The location is not excellent, noisy...as most locations in India... but quite close to the railway station and not far from most centers of interset

Hospitality, buffet breakfast, location. They upgraded us a request due to longer stay. It was much appreciated.

Room had some roaches which were removed by the staff on reporting. After that we didn’t see them again. The cleaning staff need to do more in terms of cleaning areas which are not accessible easily or ignored during normal cleaning. For example, the ledge of the window had dust settled which seems accumulated for days.

The maintenance and quality of the food is awesome. Also, the staff is very helpful, calm, treats you always with a smiling face, greets you properly every time.I will thank specially Smruti who had helped me a lot during the stay and taken care of ever details I requested for. I am very much satisfied with my stay and will visit soon.

It would be nice if the room service was a little faster and the swimming pool was cleaner

Breakfast had a lot of variety, in both veg and non veg. Excellent breakfast. Staff was really helpful and friendly, the roof top bar had great ambience. Bathroom (my biggest concern while booking room) was really clean and had great shower.

Non veg part needed a bit of improvement (bacon, sausages were a bit dry and burnt, fish stew was at best leukwarm). Room didn't have hair dryer and iron (although was readily provided by staff)

Excellent location with Pune Railway Station just a short distance away and a nearby metro station for added convenience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay!

The large room was well appointed, the AC cooling, and sleep quality were excellent. I loved that that had Grohe fittings, Apotheke products and a Philips hairdryer in the bathroom. The view was good too. The wifi was good enough to do a work meeting over video. The breakfast buffet at Mosaic was superb. A great spread of Indian as well as continental. The sausages were tasty, sautéed corn yum, wada was crisp and fluffy without being oily, the fruit compotes and mango custard were really delicious. On the minus side, the dhokla was slightly dry and I would've liked baked beans on my plate too. Even their a la carte was well crafted, with authentic ingredients (Thai curry was rich with kafir lime and galangal) and the tiny mango & cardamom creme brulée had the perfect 'crackle' on the caramelised sugar. The in-room dining was quick and tasty. The reception team was hospitable and most kindly gave us a late check out. We enjoyed our stay (although the pool, lifts and the rooftop bar seemed like they could be better maintained) and would definitely recommend for business travellers or staycays on a budget.

That was a very confortable hotel. The room was very big, well equiped and very quiet. The restaurant served good food (buffet or a la carte) at breakfast, lunch and diner. The staff was very professional and helpfull.

This hotel is localised downtown and therefore there is a huge traffic around to handle when you are coming or leaving.

Location was near to the train station. The room was comfortable and spacious.

There was no minibar in the room although it is a standard for such a room. It must have gone for repairs but I was told that the staff were not aware of it and missed informing me about it. Also there was no room service menu and the same had to be requested. These aspects were very disappointing

The property location was amazing. The staff was extremely professional and courteous and the room was comfortable.

I must admit the room supplies such as towels and sheets could do with some new stock. And the fitness center needs some serious refurbishment both in terms of putting more treadmills, and barbells along with bench. I am an avid fitness enthusiast and I could not use it.
