Very well appointed room. A place for everything. Generous open storage for large air baggage enabling easy access. Toiletries including toothbrush with paste and bar soap. Separate dedicated space for kettle unlike other hotels where it is on the table or drawer. Ledges that you can use for your tiny possessions like watches, rings, etc. Slippers ✔️ Good sized bathroom with excellent shower; and bonus was a space in the wall for your own toiletries, which most hotels don’t have. Swimming pool is small but nice

There was no safe/ locker. The room was not cleaned on day 2 until late evening despite having instructed housekeeping before we left at noon; and then took two reminders for someone to be sent in. No towels provided at the swimming pool; this was unexpected, so had to walk back to the room, causing inconvenience . Showers are a staircase down, causing some inconvenience but i wouldn’t rate it down for that. Room service Food is expensive.

Room was bright, clean and spacious. Has all the amenities expected. Staff very friendly and attentive. Good value for money.

There isn't much really and they're very minor. Hotel is located a fair distance from the train station though walkable in 10-15 minutes. There are not much eating or shopping options nearby and the hotel restaurant is relatively expensive. Room could do with some USB charging ports.

Location is very close to the train station which was handy for us. There is an awesome rooftop pool. Room was clean and comfortable. No major issues, would probably stay again. Staff were generally very friendly.

No major issues... just small ones: there wasn't much of a 'vibe' at the hotel at all - it seems set up for business travellers. We stayed for two nights and didnt realise breakfast was included - this was never explained at check-in and it we stayed at a number of places consecutively so it is hard to remember which hotel has this included and which doesnt. I asked for water to be delivered to the room one night and it never arrived. Restaurant seemed a bit substandard - many things on the menu werent available when we had a late dinner, and almost everything had run out when we turned up for the breakfast buffet (admittedly towards the end of the breakfast window).

Stay was very comfortable. I stayed here for 2 Nights with my family Staff was very helpful and took good care of us. All requests given while booking were also taken care like Non-Smoking room. Specially I was staying with my lil kid, so whatever specifics we asked for we were provided. Only area of improvement i can suggest to management was for 2 days i had almost the same buffet menu, if possible try to bring in varieties. I had Lunch from inhouse restaurant which was also fulfilling - 5* for the same. Interreacted with below staff whom i can recall by name. Rajat/Arjun and Jhanvi from front desk. Santa ji and Nainesh from guest relations.

The room was big, comfortable and complementary snacks were nice. The breakfast had a big selection of traditional European breakfast as well as meats and side dishes. Pretty quiet location.

I was surprised they don't exchange Euros (but there is an ATM just around the corner). Coffee was really not great, otherwise no objections.

The Central Park Hotel is always my hotel of choice when I visit Pune. A central, yet quiet location that is easily reachable from the railway station. The staff was very friendly and helpful across all levels during the whole stay - reception staff, porter, guard and restaurant. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices and was delicious!

No issues were there during the stay.

Can’t say don’t like but corridor is bit very little humid without ventilation but it’s not a complaint at all

I had a nice room, staff was very nice and prices of the restaurant and roomservice are very acceptable. It is also nice that the hotel is close to the railway station and a number of small restaurants (try Nandu, one street over).

Mr Nainesh is really customer service oriented, he made the restaurant suggestions very easy and as per European taste. The room is very clean and you get bath essentials The swimming pool is very nice and you get a rooftop view from there

Excellent staff and service

The Breakfast was horrible and absolutely no choice for Non vegetarians, there was no decent fresh juices and cut fruits were not being refilled, coffee and tea was cold. Would suggest to please not opt for Breakfast rather eat at plenty of restaurants very close.
