Location is good. The MG road, camp area, station etc is very nearby.

1. Rooms are a bit dated and need upgrading , we stayed in 2 rooms for 3 nights. 2. Staff was a bit laid back and needed to chase up for simple stuff like towels, water bottles, etc, 3. The service needs to be more proactive and customer orientated.

Breakfast was good but service not as good. Waiters were rushing to serve,there were delays . Maybe more waiters are required. That would keep the flow of individual needs good . We had a good stay. Thank you. .

The shampoo, shower gel and moisturizer can be put on dispensers in the bathroom instead of using plastic bottles... to make it more environment friendly.

Very limited catering and No facilities to heat your oun food Was looking forward to entertain guests at the swimming pool restaurant but it was not. During booking was told there are four restaurants but that was not true

We as a family had booked 2 rooms and they gave us interconnected rooms. This was the best experience. Breakfast is spicy for our taste. But they made exceptions and got us non spicy when possible.

Clean rooms.. staffs were well mannered, they helped with all the luggage from the car till rooms and cooperated with the dusting n cleaning throughout the day whenever we needed as it was bride's room.. breakfast had all the variety according to the days.. loved my fav sabudana khichdi in brkfast.. Location is perfect.. Rooms were spacious.. There was bathtub too 💗 .. Manager was cooperative and helpful by nature..

Cons: - I was surprised to see how limited amenities were provided in the bathroom/toilet. - There was no shower curtain in bathroom, due to which all the water kept spilling out in the entire toilet. there is serious risk of someone slipping in the toilet due to spilling of water. I mean seriously they need to fix this, before they land into some big trouble.

Confusing hotel difficult locating restaurants, bar n rooms . The room table n chairs not height proportion n not comfortable too. It ws 4 pm I visited bar service boy ws there , but he did not hv the right to serve me a beer . I came out without a having a beer n had my lunch .

The price quality is really good, and the people are kind.

If you book rooms of 3 adults, they will put an extra bed that is too hard. Also, the swimming pool facilities are not well taken care off. The worst part was the telephone that they have in the hallway that keeps ringing since really early in the morning and makes it hard to rest.

The location is the best of this hotel. I have been bought up in the camp area and knows this area very well. I live all chilhood memories

The toilet roons are really bad. Hope they do something about it
