WORST checking in process and post booking trauma: For Pay at property booking, they keep sending messages everyday to pay without a payment link, after which they cancel. when you call treebo, they say booking is active, when you call booking.com they say booking is active, when you reach the property (separate entity from treebo) they will say booking doesn't exist, pay cash at walk-in rates, after the stay is over, they cancel your booking on booking.com to save on their dual commissions to treebo and to booking.com

It was very comfortable and as shown on the app. Check in was fine and quick. Arrangements for most of our 16 rooms were conveniently on the same floor.

- Location pin on map was not accurate - Have a full length mirror should be there in each room - Hooks to hang used towels on the commode is unhygienic - Servicing and maintenance of AC needs to be taken seriously - 2nd floor gets too noisy during any event

It was very spacious and clean. Located in the main area and there are too many options to eat around the street. We did not eat from hotel so cannot comment. But overall our stay was quite good and budget friendly

I think they had just done the pest control and the smile was really annoying.

The hotel staff were very cooperative being the reason why we could park the car and roam around the MG road even after checking out of the room. The hotel room is very comfortable and leaves no reason to complain about anything whatsoever. We enjoyed our visit so thank you team Treebo Trend Town and hope to see you on our next visit to Pune very soon.👍
