The overall experience was very nice. I had stayed with my 2 childern sharing the same room which had 2 queen beds which made my stay very comforting as I didn't have to worry about my kids in the other room. All the facilities met the standards of a 5 Star. The staff was very helpful from the word go. Breakfast that was included with my stay had everything that we need and more for a complete breakfast. They had south indian live counters, fresh fruits, juices, breads, desserts etc. In the end the staff made the experience sweeter by giving a souvenir of our family photo embossed on the mug. Kids enjoyed the stay.

There is not much to complain about the property. It's not a resort which is spread across a large peice of land which can accomodate many amenities. So with limited space it's planned well with a rooftop pool.

We traveled as a family for a couple of days to Pune to see some friends. All staff at the hotel was very friendly from the first minute we have entered the hotel. We have been given special welcome in terms of traditional blessings. Starting from the assistant manager ,cafeteria staff , restaurant staff and other staff all were super friendly and helpful and always meeling our requests without any problems. That loved our 5 year old son and always entailed him when he was around. He has been given son colouring book and sherantan teddy as a souvenir from the stay. When the staff found out about our 7th wedding anniversary they arranged flowers, cake and special gifts : magnets and cup with our picture taken in the hotel and even printed extra copies for us. It was great to be in the place where we have married several years ago and remind ourselves of this lovely venue. We could not wish for a better anniversary celebration. Everyone in the hotel was taking extra miles to make sure our stay was special every moment we were there. We will try to visit this hotel at least once a year to remind how beautiful our wedding venue is was and to celebrate in such amazing atmosphere. Lovely stay in general. Thank you to all staff in the hotel for making our stay so special.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay at the hotel. The hospitality and warmth of the staff made all the difference. A special shoutout to Rohini, Ritika, Shraddha, and the rest of the team for going above and beyond to make us feel at home. What touched us the most was how kind and attentive everyone was to our daughter. She quickly made friends with the staff, who showered her with sweet treats, small gifts, and lots of playful attention. It truly felt like a home away from home. Another thoughtful gesture was the complimentary late checkout they offered, allowing us to stay comfortably until the evening without any rush. This level of care and personal touch is rare to find – we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, family-friendly experience!

The common areas impress with architectural details. Huge, crystal chandeliers adorn the ceilings of the lobby, restaurants and staircases. There are unique works of art in quite a few places. The staff is friendly and always available. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is very varied, offering a wide selection of local, Asian and international cuisine. The restaurant also offers a buffet dinner, which is worth paying attention to. Hotel is just next to the train and metro station. However, the area is not suitable for walking outside.

Humidity inside rooms is pretty high despite of continuous running air conditioning. Rooms are not sound proof. The rooftop pool is too small and not for swimming. Be aware that all prices are object of additional GST tax. Information not mentioned anywhere.

The reception and restaurant staff were fantastic. A couple of minor problems with the room were fixed within ten minutes of reporting them to reception. Fantastic breakfast and dinner; the only criticism would be too much choice, one would need to stay for several weeks to try everything! Location was good -- very near to the station and convenient for shopping, but like many city centre hotels not very picturesque surroundings and as everywhere in Indian cities the traffic is crazy. The hotel can provide private transport at very reasonable rates and/or book taxis at ridiculously cheap rates by western standards.

The price of bottled water in the restaurant was exhorbitant -- one expects a mark-up, but 15-fold!! The water from jugs in the restaurant was perfectly safe and free.

Staff was very polite and courteous Right from Bell boys to reception housekeeping and restaurants- Rooms are roomy. Although not as big as expected. But we were there only for a short while Roof top restaurant had a good ambience , and service was very good Breakfast staff was amazing and took good care of my guests

We had booked a tabe at rooftop with Sonia for 11 @7.30 @ Chingari; but nothing was set up for us , however, the rest of the staff was quick to accommodate us Food menu should have more veg options , I had checked when booking and was told there are many

The check in was very smooth and my request for an early check in was considered without hesitation. Saad from the Front desk was very polite and helpful. Ajay , Restaurant Manager, was at his best, as usual. Kavy was also very attentive to our requirements. Overall the staff is really well trained and it made our stay very comfortable.

Not much to complaint , just that being a weekend and a pub down stairs, people returning past mid night were too loud.

Pertinent to mention "Shubhranshu Pandey" who was at the Front Office and the moment we stepped in he made us feel at home. He meticulously dispelled all our concerns and took care of every need. We'd invited some senior doctors for dinner who were fussy eaters and "Rishabh" (Feast Restaurant) took very good care of us, made excellent suggestions and all were extremely appreciative. Both Shubhranshu & Rishabh really stood out amongst the staff who was overall very courteus. The Food is excellent and the spread (Choice) was mind blowing, very few hotels can match. We travel across the world and our stay at Sheraton was refreshingly satisfying in all aspects.

In some spots the carpets were moist & smelliing.

We went to stay this hotel our children and during registration Mr. Chaitanya upgraded our rooms to suit room so that the rooms became connected. Rooms were clean and staffs were polite and helpful. The playroom amenity for the kids was useful to consume rest of their energy!

For breakfast; Mediterranean tastes like different cheese options, green and black olives, avocado, salads etc. can be added for perfection.

My default favorite for work trips in Pune. Decent 5-star property made exceptional by its staff. Special thank you to Manasi and front desk staff for smooth check-in and making every effort to accommodate my requests. And special thanks to Zuman and Sufiyan at the concierge for their kind assistance. Otherwise I really enjoy the food at the breakfast place - also serving great dinner and the waitresses and waiters are wonderful. Perfect size buffet spread with something for everyone: spicy to plain, indian and foreign cuisines. Personal fave was the small cart with Maharashtrian local specialties - hats off to the chef for that! Wifi, bathrooms, fitness center all very good.

Unfortunately the property is getting older day by day and small maintenance and upkeep could be improved.
