Cleanliness, very helpful and polite staff. Has all the facilities you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Not major issues however typically a 15 min taxi journey to the best malls, limited range of beers in stock and there is a fair amount of construction adjacent the hotel but not an issue if you are out during the day.

Lovely staff and clean hotel

English tunes being banged out everywhere. Especially pool area I just wanted to sit and relax. Some nice soft Hindi Panjabi tunes recommended, after all I’m in India and not the USA or Europe- I love in England I Want culture when in India

The hotel was amazing. Very nice rooms, beautiful public places, very nice. But the best thing in this hotel was the service, very kind people and always happy! They really made me feel comfortable and did everything to help me.

The swimming pool was not that big and the water was cold.

Two keys could not be provided for the room The hotel is getting a bit dirty since last year and few things in the room were broken

They shd declare what's free what's not in various stuff they put in room. Heavily charges on small things..of minibar in the room.

Very well maintained. Neat and clean. Polite staff. Excellent room service. Ideal for business travellers who have work in that area.

The location is in commercial area and lot of construction is ongoing (nearby buildings).

Property WiFi was OK But Network around the property was very Poor for Communication purpose. Bathroom Floors requires to be antiskid whereas it is quite slippery once water is on it.

The main reception lady - I feel like the property is such a big brand name and should have a very professional receptionist !

It was a passerby stay in this hotel. I was going to Shimla fro. delhi so it was a night stay only in this hotel. And I found it worth spending money in this hotel. They have got Zaccuzi on top floor and that is relaxing also the spa therapy is really amazing. Thanks to Gurwinder at reception, he explained about all the facility of the hotel.
