The hotel is new, clean and the facilities are excellent (especially the gym - best hotel gym I’ve seen so far during my India trip).

Unfortunately there was a wedding party happening right below our room (the events room is on the 3rd floor and some guest rooms are on the 4th floor). Hence, there was a significant noise going on after 11pm. We requested to change the room and the staff accepted the ask. My suggestion would be for the hotel to be more prepared and only put the wedding guests on the rooms close to the events room so that these situations can be avoided in the future. But overrall, we had a great stay. The staff was helpful.

Wow is the first word that comes to mind. The facilities , cleanliness, modern rooms and bathrooms and beautiful decor, careful planning and arrangements of each room was indeed a breath of fresh air considering the general quality of hotels in other cities. I just was so happy and relieved to find such a good hotel. It's evident they have a great team. They have an excellent dining area, bar, pool area and a modern, clean spa. Truly nothing to fault. Sandeep( I hope I have his name correctly) was particularly helpful and kind. My birthday coincided with my stay and the staff was really thoughtful and sent cake to my room at midnight. That was so special.

The location was a bit less than ideal as there were no shops or anything to do nearby but that also allowed us to rest and sleep well, without much disturbance. The streets were really quiet and much cleaner too.

I am a solo travelers.The hotel is neat and well placed.love the room decor and the green colour in the room. The staff is very cordial and helpful. I happened to stay during my birthday, Priyanka made it very special for me .On my return from site seeing I was surprised to see beautifully decorated room with a birthday and lovely birthday card .My day was complete.Vishnu from house keeping did a wonderful job of decoration, thank you Vishnu keep up the good work . Priyanka is a wonderful person she guided me through out my stay where to eat must visit places. She made Jodhpur trip most memorable for me . Thankyou Priyanka.

Nothing really, its a nice hotel.

The Novotel Hotel in Jodhpur exceeded all expectations, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed with a touch of local heritage. The staff including Priyanka and Hariom went above and beyond with their warm hospitality and prompt service. The highlight was the dining experience, featuring a variety of delectable cuisines that catered to all palates. . I tried other local heritage hotel for fort views but didn’t worth of food or pleasant stay in Jodhpur. Novotel Jodhpur made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for family.

I recently stayed at Novotel Jodhpur, and it was genuinely impressive. The hotel is decently-priced and offers much more than you’d expect. The rooms were cozy, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the difference was the service—it could honestly put some of the fancier hotels to shame. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and ready to help from the moment we walked in until we checked out. Their warmth and professionalism really stood out. Overall, I’d highly recommend Novotel Jodhpur for anyone visiting the city. It’s a great place to stay, and I’d definitely go back.

The pricing was somewhat higher than other Novotels I've stayed at.

Breakfast was very good, staff were helpful in preparing and suggested in assisting with our dietary requirements. The choice on offer was very good and catered for Indian and European travelers.

Everything was just right from staff to food.

Rooms were modern and comfortable. Food was great and the overall ambience of the hotel was good. The amenities provided are what you expect from a Novotel.

There were some minor hiccups during our stay, such as: -The exhaust fan in the bathroom in one of the rooms was not working -The housekeeping staff used guests’ towels for cleaning water on the floor, which is exactly what shouldn’t be done. Hygiene level shouldn’t be compromised and this action did just that -The housekeeping staff was somewhat lazy and used shortcuts to get things done -We requested for our car to be cleaned but it too was done in a hurry and not up to the mark -Some of the surfaces in the room were dirty -The hotel doesn’t have its own parking. Rather, it uses the ground in front of the property to park guests’ cars. The ground doesn’t have shed leading to cars becoming hot inside. A hotel of this calibre should have parking in its own premises.

I was extremely surprised and disappointed that Novotel also can be a vegetarian hotel, we always travel and look forward for good non veg food but, we didn't get disappointed because the variety of veg options that was made available to us by the staff.

1. New hotel. Good for business stay. 2. Staffs are good. 3. Rooms are cleaned regularly. Almost every time one goes out of the room.

1. Not the best choice for tourists. A bit of a distance from the old town. You have to pay 200-300 INR on an auto one way every time you need to visit old town. 2. Only veg food. I don’t see it as a 5 star even a 4 star as it doesnot offer non veg. This is incredibly inconvenient for those who prefer non veg as there are no restaurants also to my knowledge, which are within walking distance

Jodhpur The suncity known for it's vibrant color and warm hospitality this hotel is also part of it. they welcomed and greet you with Khammaghani and got a gift at checkout, which shows the hospitality of hotel. Services are quick, rooms are well prepared. Priyanka and front desk team always ensure to meet guest expectations.
