Gorgeous property - so good that the courtyard smoking zone deserves videography!! We requested for an upgrade to poolside room which they obliged. Every top hotel of Rajasthan has a poolside evening event but here the performers are of top class. Another surprise is the garment shop offers street price which we have never seen elsewhere. I salute Taj’s endeavour to stop plastic use; even the comb is wooden (and often breaks, ha ha).

Taj group runs a social welfare scheme here and trains local youth. Sometimes they are a bit de-synchronized with the other highly professional staffs.

Our recent stay at Taj Hari Mahal in Jodhpur was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that made us feel right at home. A special mention must go to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Subodh, Neeraj, Jagpal, Vikram, Gaje, and Chef Ranjit were incredible—they catered to our every request with kindness and professionalism. Whether it was arranging a special meal, providing local insights, or ensuring our comfort, their dedication and attention to detail were truly commendable. The rooms were beautifully appointed, offering all the amenities one could wish for, and the property itself is a masterpiece, with stunning architecture and lush gardens that offer a peaceful retreat. The dining experience was also exceptional, thanks to Chef Ranjit, who crafted delicious meals that were both authentic and innovative. In summary, Taj Hari Mahal offers not just a luxurious stay, but an experience filled with warmth and personalized service. We left with wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for the amazing team who made our stay so special. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect during my stay. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Special thanks to Kuber for his warm welcomes and gracious assistance, Surenda for great service at the restaurant, Priyangni at reception for being so helpful, and Alora at the spa for a relaxing experience. A big thank you as well for the surprise birthday cake—even though my birthday was still three days away! Such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

A fabulous hotel oozing charm and character, with very friendly and welcoming staff. Period features throughout the hotel which is immaculately kept. Lavesh from Housekeeping was very concerned that everything was in order and to my satisfaction. The Gift Shop is packed with amazing items and the staff are very helpful and inquisitive; look for the humourous white marble carving of The Four Wise Monkeys!

This was a good one. Even by Taj standards. We have been Taj patrons for a while and I can say with complete confidence that this is one of the better ones. Mr. Arjun Singh Jodha makes contact with you well before your arrival date and makes sure you have everything you need. Ms. Divya and Mr. Lokendra take over for him at the reception floor and cater to your requirements in an outstanding fashion. The checkin process was breeze. The rooms are as advertised, which is very good. The food is also great. My compliments to Mr. Ravindra and to Mr. Subodh for their hospitality at the restaurant. Finally, the check out process was also painless, quiet and efficient. While checking in, I had requested for them to transfer our documents to the next Taj venue we were going to and this was ensured. Once again Kudos to Ms. Divya, Mr. Lokendra and Mr. Rahul at the reception for their professional and proficient conduct. To be honest this booking was a last minute change of venue, but one that I am glad I followed through on. We will be back again.

I had come to the Taj Hari Mahal for a 3 day holiday with my parents, and we loved everything about the stay! The property is beautiful ( neatly kept lawns, a pristine swimming pool, well decorated bar, a clean and hygienic gym ), the food is extraordinary and delicious ( we had added breakfast and dinner to our plan ) and the highlight of everything was the courteous, helpful, and friendly people at the Taj. The two ladies at the reception desk, Balram and the team from housekeeping who kept our rooms spotless and helped with the extra bed, manager Sachin, especially all the the breakfast and dinner staff ( Surendra, Ravindra, Jagapal Ji, Subodh, Manish, Ehoy, Lee and the entire team ) and chefs ( Kartar Singh, Mahar) made our trip extra memorable. Love the Taj experience!

Location is excellent,close to the airport as well as to the city center. The property is well designed/scenic. Service is very good,esp.housekeeping(Mr.Marender),and Restaurant staff(Mr.Gaje,Suman)delighted us with their service.

Toilet is old style,fitments need to be replaced/modernised. Hot water came even in cold tap. Breakfastwas good,but more is expected from a TAJ Hotel,esp.the quality of bakery items.

Upon check-in, the manager kindly informed me that they had allocated a room well suited to my allergies and explained the special cleaning measures that had been taken. Everything throughout our stay was excellent, and all the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. We had a truly wonderful time.

Excellent hospitality and service, wonderful helpful staff that act quickly for whatever you may need. Beautiful property, palace feels but not over the top and ornate, just beautiful and very serene and peaceful. Pool was lovely, breakfast spread was great, two restaurants and a bar all good, wonderful performances on the property - sitar, cultural performances, etc. Let's you immerse in Rajasthani culture. I also celebrated my birthday here, and the staff was kind enough to send across a cake and decorated our room with balloons. V. sweet gesture. Thank you 🙏

Only one con for me - Carpet could use some refurbishment, seemed a bit dated and like it was shedding fur 😂

Very good and spacious room with good pool view. Bathroom was good. Room WiFi was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good trips/ excursions organized by hotel.

There’s a traditional clothes/handicraft shop in the lobby of the hotel. The shop is strategically located next to the elevator at the lobby. The shop attendants (proprietors) badger hotel guests constantly to visit their shop and buy something. This is quite irritating.
