The staff were very helpful. From the front desk staff to the waiters and kitchen staff, the chef, who helped prepare a special meal for us since we had food restrictions. The housekeeping staff was also very helpful and helped us whenever we needed anything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds are soft and comfy. Bathroom is quite big.

The location is a bit far from the city center, however I chose this place to avoid the crowds in the city center so this location was good for me.

The hotel is really great, we were greeted warmly by the staff and they even upgraded our deluxe room to a suite in the 11th floor. Amazing view from the room and extremely clean with all amenities. There is also a pool on the rooftop where you can enjoy a coffee with city view. Great meals as well throughout the day. Overall, very happy with my stay.

Found some ordered food from the menu a bit expensive, but otherwise all good

The rooms were very clean, so were the bed linens. The front desk was very receptive. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Mr Nil Kant in the F & B section was exceptional. He has the experience to comfort his guests with his approach. Over all a very good experience.

The outlets in the bathroom was blocked and had a bad stink. Needs immediate attention.

Great comfortable place to stay when you’re looking for relaxation. Excellent service and care from the staff and nice facilities (gym and pool). Breakfast was nice with a good choice of dishes. We found dinner a bit less worth the money.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Udaipur. If you want to explore the city you will need to rely on taxi or rickshaw, there isn’t much to see closeby. We just wanted to chill for a few days so this was good for us.

The check-in took less than 10 minutes. The hotel and the room itself was quite clean. Exceptional service by the staff. The breakfast buffet was of quality and a variety of cuisines was offered.

The food at dinner was not up to our taste but the chef took out time to take our feedback and the breakfast was quite good.

Gr3at food, staff and accommodation

The restaurant can have a bit of a wait during peak times with the staff being very courteous while trying to help, the managers doe get frazzled by the influx. Perhaps they can manage this bit a little better.

The hotel had a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the common areas were well-maintained and inviting. It was a truly enjoyable stay

Lift is too slow. Long waiting

Overall pleasant stay and Good. Food was just excellent and out of the world specially the breakfast buffett.. Very delicious Upma, millet upma, masala omlette, idli and all other items..

Clean Room and helpful staff

Food was not that great. Almost same preparation for breakfast and dinner. Food was over spicy. Fresh brewed juice was diluted idli sambar Upma parantha was fixed for Non veg egg, sausage fixed only change kabuli chana, allo baji black chana

Staff was very cordial and cooperative. Food was very good. Room was quite comfortable. Would prefer to stay in the same hotel in future too and will strongly recommend others too to opt for this hotel.

Location of the hot hotel is not close to any market, So, going to city was somewhat of a problem.
