Mgr. Mr. Pavan Chaudhari, Parking Staff & Security guard were very cooperative and helpful + Rooms were good and comfortable + Food was also good + Parking staff had cleaned our car before we left hotel + Swimming pool was amazing for all ages of people

Bookin.com has 3rd Class Hopeless Service & Fake commitment given by their foreigner CustCare Executives and because of that my parents and kids suffered a lot + Instead of Booking.Com we should book hotel rooms directly or thru MMT Or Treebo + For property : The outside location of the property is not at all good + It's in a commercial area + When we come out of our room , literally the worst drainage and industrial waste water smell we feel and nobody can stop that + In breakfast (7:30-10:30) : by 10:00 am Bread was not available & Restaurant staff told us that it's not available in market so we can't serve you that + There was no Cold Milk

Medalio Resort is Good for all , I was Stayed with Family it'd really Good. Stay was really Awesome, Mr Sanjay Ji is appreciated is Extented help for arranging Table for my Marriage Anniversary 💑. Mr Pream, Pawan, Aryan all are helpful. Reasurant Staff Very Nice , Very Good food & Healthy.... Reasurant Chef Very Good all food items Very delicious, Specially my daughter Tried Green Italian Passta it's Yummy & Do Try Tandoori Platter is delicious.. OVERALL VALUE FOR ALL PEOPLE'S. I had a fantastic stay at Treebo Premium SR House! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and offered a lovely view of the city, which was a real bonus. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation, making it convenient for sightseeing. The services provided were top-notch, from the prompt room service to the helpful recommendations from the front desk. I highly recommend Treebo Premium SR House for anyone visiting the area – it’s a great place to relax and feel at home!

Breakfast was tasty and hygienic. The staff was courteous. Other facilities as such were good. Nice if you are traveling for work or sightseeing. Maybe it is boring if you wish to spend time inside.

This property is a bit far from the city's main attractions. Getting auto-rikshaws or cabs was troublesome. Running hot water was almost lukewarm in the morning (~8 AM). Doesn't help if you take a bath every morning before heading out.

Hotel location was excellent on top of that hotel staff was very pleasant in talking. Received best services more than expectation. Both dinner and breakfast was more than , what a north Indian can expect. Truly value of money.

Rooms were pretty neat and staff provided us with required amenities as asked for. The pool was relaxing and vibe was great.

Wifi was troublesome in the room we checked in, but they offered us to shift to another room.

Good boutique hotel for family stay right at Sohabagpura circle Udaipur. Clean, spacious room for family of 3 (couple + Child).Clean bathroom, 24 hrs hot water, TV with channels. Well Maintained swimming, pool. good seating area close to pool and reception. Decent spread of vegetarian options for breakfast.With your own vehicle all tourist attraction are at 20 to 25 min away.

Absence of mini refrigerator and in room footware Staff is cooperative and too professional (team may be under the weather - during winter they were cold towards guests 😊😊😊 understandable. Pun intended)

Excellent Food and cleanliness.

In the Room, the Bed is not Comfortable. We have booked a room with 2 beds One is 6 x 6 & the other is 3 x 6 But They provide only 6 x 6 and it is also combined with two 3 X 6 mattresses so it is not comfortable to sleep.

Everything was perfect from location to staff. Buffet breakfast in the morning was exceptional. The swimming pool was also very clean and the prompt service by staff was cherry on the top. Totally loved our stay here!

The hotel was maintained very well.Neat and clean,spacious rooms, lovely sit-out area near the poolside, and very courteous and responsive staff members.Good quality,reasonably-priced food at the restaurant and attentive service.
