First off we had to extend our stay due to a medical emergency. We were booked in from March 3 to the 10th. I was in the Paras Hospital from the 8 to the 10th with a broken shoulder (happened in a hotel in Mumbai) I couldn’t travel after my surgery so we extended our stay from the 10th to the 17…only the 14 was fully booked. My husband was walking out the the door to return to the hospital when the clerk said Wait…they worked it out so we didn’t have to move. The staff has been friendly, helpful and provided excellent service. We have been using room service for most of our meals, delicious and very affordable. There is a beautiful pool and viewing area on the 6th floor rooftop. There is a spa and my husband loved it. The staff is outstanding

One thing only. The elevator goes to the 5th floor not the pool level. If I was 100 % mobile the stairs would be adequate with my injury I don’t feel safe going up there. Stunning views at night I am told.

Excellent floor manager at the restaurant. One that really gets you, your taste and recommend the right food for you. And the restaurant chef was very flexible with that. Also the receptionist was excellent.He managed things to quickly respond to needs

Noisy environment, from the street. The curtains cover dirty windows, and the sheets were dirty and had to be replaced. Also the floor was not clean enough, with other footsteps on it. All was cleaned after we requested cleaning and changing sheets

Historia Royal Hotel: A Great Place to Stay in Udaipur I had a fantastic time staying at Historia Royal Hotel in Udaipur. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Udaipur.

The property is beautiful- the grounds are spectacular and the service was excellent. Very beautiful restaurants and great breakfast.

It is a bit difficult to get there but not an issue with taxi. A tuktuk would not take you there from the city.

Clean and tidy room with hot shower, air con and fan. Staff was helpful. The location is okay, a bit outside of the centre, but not too far. The gym and pool were okay. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choices.

The pool was a bit cold, heated would be nicer. After we had the room cleaned, we had to ask for towels.

Great value for money, large comfortable rooms with all modern amenities. But best part was the buffet, food was pure veg, healthy and extremely tasty. And presentable Besides the hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Top deck pools side restaurant Saanjh made the stay very peace-full and view from top is very beautiful. Must visit

This stay was absolutely amazing 👌👌👌 One of the best in our entire road trip. It's a new property and very well maintained. Right from your check in experience to your stay, everything was perfect. The rooms were extremely well designed and aesthetically appealing. The shower was great and everything in the bathroom worked well. The food is nice too. The breakfast spread was great.. The staff is absolutely professional and polite. Had a great stay and will stay here everytime I travel to Udaipur. They have basement parking and worked perfectly for our motorcycles.

Can't complain about anything except that they could have more charging points in the room as we need to charge a lot of stuff like GoPro, intercom in helmets, etc. Luckily we had a multiplug, so we managed. But there were only 2 working points.

Breakfast was good. Roof top pool was good. Room was clean and house keeping was also nice.

It could have been somewhat cheaper. Room was not so big. Swimming pool should have warm water in winter time so that guests can enjoy more.

The rooms gave a royal 3-5 star hotel experience with the staff being very friendly and very accomodating. They adjusted according to our needs and helped us get what we needed with ease.

There was a little issue with the cleanliness of the pool as the water was clogged. It was not cleaned on an everyday basis which also made it very cold. The rest was amazing.

Luxurious rooms with clean rooms. Ambience is upto the mark. Satisfied with service. Food was really good.

TV runs with wifi code and it's need to improve.
