The Radisson saved our trip in Udaipur after being scammed by another hotel on Booking.com! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Tamisha at the front desk who helped us when we arrived. We realized that the hotel we just left had taken our passports and not given them back. Tamisha and the other staff called the hotel and helped my friend get a ride back to the other hotel to get our passports. They let me check in with a picture of my passport given the circumstances and gave us a huge room with a beautiful view of the city surrounded by the mountains. Once we had the passports, we went up to the restaurant and met the manager Sunil who kept the bar and kitchen open late for us since the ordeal had made us check in so late. Our stay at the Radisson exceeded our expectations and it was silver lining to our crazy scam story. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and the breakfast every morning was excellent. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderfully and cooperative staff.. Special thanks to tansiha who handle our booking.. But Poo rating to Night staff who not placed the Extra bed after knowing that room is booking on tripple occupancy.. We have wait approx 30 min for extra bed.

Housekeeping service.. Just because of front office and housekeeping coordination. I think FO team has not informed to HK team to place the extra Bed that ehg extra bad and the room amenities were not pacd as per the booking

Breakfast spread was good. Service was also very good

Bath Towels were of poor quality. Didn't match the 5 star standards. No Napkin in the bath room. Water force in taps and shower was low. We had booked 2 double rooms for 3 nights and had done a pre request by email still then we were NOT given even one room for late check out upto 4 p.m ( we were given only upto 1.30) we pay for 24 hrs and we are provided a room for 22 hours this is a bad buisness policy of all hotels. moreover when there are no check ins ona sunday late check out request should be accomodated for travellers. as we had a flight at 18.10 .... we had to sit at Air port.for long. Customer paying for 3 days and no extension for 4 hours ? which does not add any cost to the hotel it only adds to your goodwill.

I traveled to Udaipur with my Daughter and we had a very comfortable stay at the Radisson. The staff was extremely polite and courteous. The Breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. Smiling and attentive.

The parking facility and the valet service. Although the manager told us that they are working on it and will solve this very soon.

The breakfast was rich in terms of quality and variety. We found the food always fresh and to a greater degree of high quality. The staff serving the breakfast as well as the dinner were always caring and professional. We were pleased by their humblness. Overall, a rich experince of stayong at Radisson Udaipur.

The entrance of the hotel isn;t maintained well by the hotel. It had large potholes, damp and filled with musquitoes. Cleanlinees at the entrance can be rated at zero as well as the car parking. Wonder how such a branded hotel could have suhc unhelathy environment at the entrance.

Hotel is in same building with adjacent to Mall. Shopping is easy and many choices of restaurants at hardly any walking distance. Location is decent.

Non veg item is restricted to 1 only. Average breakfast with only eggs as Non veg. Location is decent and little further away from Pichola Lake. Main market is near. Dinner also, there was only 1 Non veg item though for courtesy sake hotel provided us with 1 newer non veg item on request.

The property is nice with really spacious rooms to make the stay comfortable Breakfast spread is good, so was the a la carte menu

Front desk staff needs to be more responsive We had a flight about 4 hours after our checkout and We were not informed that there was a lovely waiting lounge available for people like us. My parents are 84 and 80 yers old

Clean, quiet and spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds, clean linen and pillows. Bathroom was large with nice toiletries, clean towels and the breakfast was sumptuous.

Car parking was not available within the premises and it wasn't a good feeling to park car outside beside the road.

- The breakfast service has improved a lot. Rajesh and Mona did a wonderful job getting things right for breakfast. - The food for in-room dining was also good and Vishal did a good job taking care of what all was needed. - Overall the hotel has improved

- Bed linen and towels are still not as clean as they should be.

It was clean and very friendly staff Sunil in the restaurant was very caring and helpful took care of all our needs
