The bedroom was spacious and toiletries, towels, water, tea & coffee were replenished often. The staff were ALL super friendly, helpful and professional. The whole of the hotel was clean and well cared for and breakfast was excellent.

We were situated at the front of the building and although the rooms were well sound proofed and no noise could be heard from adjacent bedrooms there was road noise, which could be an issue for some people if light sleepers.

Manager Mishra was brilliant. He helped me out with an issue I had ahead of arrival, really going the extra mile so that my trip wasn't wasted. Hotel and room was spotless, comfortable and quite large.

Fellow guests, having shouted conversations outside my room in the early hours! Despite several disturbed guests asking them to stop they carried on. No understanding of 'inside voice' and no respect

The room was great, good size, quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good. The reception staff were wonderful, calm and efficient and so polite.

The young waiters in the dining room stared at me when I was the only customer there. The food was good but I ate elsewhere after that experience.

The hotel is very nice and the room is spacious with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant is decent and the room service quick. The property is located centrally and on the main road. The staff are polite and ready to help in any way you need.

Cleanliness, Room size and food. the food is excellent over there. The overall stay was quite good. Its near to Railway station as well. Staff is very cooperative

The staff were excellent and the managers Pinky and Ricken were excellent they both are an asset to The Grand Regency they helped.me out with every need i had i would highly recommend the hotel to anyone that goes to Rajkot Thank you Vipin Dholakia

The smell of the cooking was coning into the bedrooms otherwise evwrything else was excellent

Excellent location reception staff Pinky and Rinkin very pleasant, hotel Manager professional and polite and cortious. Staff in the restaurant Balvinder Josh, Jogindar and Vickram looked after us very well, breakfast choice catered for all tastes

Some of the waiters requires bit more experience on manu choice to explain what customers are ordering

Enjoyed stay . In fact its value for money. Rally enjoyed your lunch (Punjabi Thali) and Dinner at Dinning hall. Excellent food .

Just one improvement i.e. at entry you have kept some cloth . Instead you can keep good quality foot mat . Cloth at entry was very dirty and really gives bad impact whereas all other things are very good. this is my view only .

Very good & well maintained. Staff from lower to upper all co operative. Some minor issues with running hot & cold water supply.

The restaurant was great, service, food and mocktails were excellent.

The restaurant only had a menu on a QR code which didn’t work for my Uk phone. No paper menu so had to use the head waiter’s phone 🙄
