We had booked a Deluxe Twin Room for us for a night stay, and we are pleased that we came to this hotel . It exceeded our expectations in terms of room size , comfort , cleanliness, and staff politeness with professionalism. Their staff, mainly Gautam , Bharat, and Shakti, were very courteous. They looked after the car driver as well. We shall definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

Restaurant food options were limited, but available options that we tried were very tasty. They infact offered hot food items from the kitchen to my wife when she insisted/ requested to get hot servings instead of a bit cold served items. Zinger tea was not to be missed ever.

Situated right on the main road, leading to the temple. Had booked two rooms, one four bedded family room and a deluxe room. The deluxe room was nice, whereas the family room was excellent. It had a four seater dining table which was really convenient for the six of us. The room was well maintained. All in all, a very good option for a pleasant stay in the holy town of Rameshwaram.

The bathroom is tiny. The buffet breakfast needs drastic improvement. For the major meals, avoid the in-house restaurant and head to Aryaas (Veg) restaurant nearby.

Excellent food, although only vegetarian. Powerful air-conditioning and ventilating system. Prompt service. I had gone with bit of a trepidation since someone else before me had written poor service, but I found the services excellent. Breakfast spread is as good as you will get in south Indian hotels with special care for the North Indians too.

Dressing gowns

The food, ambience were good. The rooms were clean and neat. The staff recieved us well. The room service was also good.

The washrooms though were clean and neat, didnot have a hangar for placing clothes or towel. Also the shower needed a repair. The hot water service was not proper in one room that we booked The other room had no problems other than the hangar in the wasroom.

At this level, maybe a hand towel or two might be good. The restaurant restrooms are not up to standard. No soap and nothing to dry hands.

Room provisions and location are good

House keeping and room attendant are not satisfied . Restaurant: Night dinner items are only suitable for north Indians and no South Indian food available. It is highly regrettable.

The room size were excellent.Bathroom were clean . Bed size was good for 2 adults with kid . Food menu was decent ,but felt little expensive. Rest of the hotel lobby was big . Overall value for money.

Restaurant was small . In afternoon towards the end he only had limited food items . Morning breakfast they were little slow in filling items . Food taste was good tough .

Location on main road but a lill far from temple for people who want to walk to temple. Approx 1-1.5 kms Lill on the expensive side

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning in the room was good.

Housekeeping refuse to provide more than 2 satchels of coffee satchets and creamer per day. We have to go without coffee if we need to go out early in the morning to the temple. Restaurant and room service opens at 7.30am. The reception staff don't give a receipt on cash settlement of invoice.and keep arguing that they have given an invoice.
