The facility was very neat and clean. Great location and accessible to the public transport. Rameswaram bus stand is just couple of min walk. Great ambience. Very courteous staff members at the front desk as well as across the faculties. Yummy food and great service. We had all time food in the hotel restaurant. Would like to visit again and also recommend the relatives and friends to the facility.

Not that I have any negative comment at the moment.

Did not have breakfast as we were on a pilgrimage. The room was clean. Housekeeping was very attentive and supplied us towels when needed. The place was quiet and we slept well.

Staff could be a little more helpful. We were in a hurry to leave and so forgot to bring the key card to the front desk. The from desk insisted that we wait until the key was retrieved. Why would we take the keycard with U.S. besides the electricity supply in the room would cutoff if the key card is not inserted in the holder in the room.

Very good ambiance. Well maintained. The staff is exceptional. The behaviour of Mr.Ayanaar is exceptional and it requires appreciation. The restaurant is also good and the staff members in the restaurant are very good . The hotel is situated on the side of the National Highway and it is easily accessible. Overall it was a very nice experience.

It's desirable to add more fruits and desserts for breakfast. The fridge was not working.

Excellent hotel meets your expectations Polite staff and prompt service 😀 Only the thing is ost Lil on higher side but worthy Hygienic Breakfast was good It's near Hotel Daiwik which serves good buffet 😋 On and on we enjoyed our stay in this property

Overall the stay was comfortable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast is a disappointment, as very limited options. The location is far from the temple and you need to take a Rickshaw to the temple which cost each way Rs. 100

I liked the complete property.... great stay.... clean well maintained sophisticated rooms. Breakfast buffet & dinner buffet were tasty with hot rotis , pooris, dosa. Friendly staff.

Online booking agent gave me little wrong information, They mentioned they have booked me Executive suite with balcony.... Where in at the property the suite given to me didn't have balcony... when asked they mentioned, this is the suite blocked

Room was good. Breakfast and dinner was also good.

I didn't like the bathroom because water is clogging and hair dryer was not working properly got heated very quickly and turning off again and again.

The restaurant staff were amazing; they go an extra mile to serve. Absolutely loved it!

The place is well thought and well run! The GM, Mr Syed Tajuddin has done a great work!

It is a nice and comfortable hotel. Rooms are neat and clean with courteous staff.

Prices are high for the amenities provided. Breakfast was average.

We enjoyed staying in star palace on 11 th March.. hotel was very clean and staff very courteous and respectful.. food was sumptuous..we cherish the memories...dr Ramesh Shetty Mysore
