It is a new property, well designed, with all the plus that goes with this. The staff needs some more training / experience but overall was ok. The property is located in the outskirts of the city along the main road Madurai-Rameswaran and I found the location extremely convenient. The rooms are comfy and internet is good. I had dinner (vegetarian) in the in-house restaurant and, though the choice was limited, I found it ok for the price that I paid (INR1,000). Breakfast is also acceptable. I definitely suggest this property to whoever goes to Rameswaran.

Staff - Mr Pradeep, Mr Karthi and Mr Mani who were customer friendly and ever approachable, answered all our queries, responded well to our needs. Chef was very hospitable during the breakfast, attended personally and took care of our breakfast in an excellent way.

Late checkin due to non-availability of rooms. Wish they could have handled this in a much more professional way. But understood this was entirely out of their control due to the unexpected crowding the previous day.

The hotel is clean, big and has a very nice swimming pool. It has a total vegetarian restaurant serving awesome food. So you dont have to worry about veg food when youre there to visit rameshwaram temple. The food is made by the chef which is delicious. The staff is very nice. Nothing is to much for them. Thank you manni for youre excellent service. Keep up the good work.

Nothing. Everything was above expectations.

Hotel is Excellent / Tidy / Food was Great / Staff was Courteous / Only issue is that its not near the temple / Hence, I would suggest Hotel to keep Free conveyance facility to the temple for Customer's convenience and this would attract more customer. Just a suggestion.

Breakfast had mix of south indian dishes, some breads, juice, etc.. it was awesome!!

We were hungry and reached late to the room, did not have lunch.. so we went to the dinning in the evening for some main course and the kitchen chef was not available.. also not much choices at that time around 5 to 6 so had to order what was minimally available at that time and waited for the chef to come and get the items. Maybe it was when there were not much guest..

Actually I liked everything . It was spic and span . Great food . Quick service . Proximity to temple . Only one feedback - they should have better facilities for drivers also . They have no place for driver . Only one dormitory with dirty toilets . They should do something about driver faculty or have a tie up with nearby small hotels for them .

Room was exceptional. The restaurant was very good with great ambience and staffs.The Sous Chef needs special mention as he went around each table engaging with the guests and giving them recommendations. Great food and passionate team

The ambience and the front desk mod who checked us in was very polite and courteous. The staff in the restaurant also were courteous.

The fact that during donner there was a stone in the dal. Also we had to keep asking for toiletries and towels for the three of us. There was only one towel and toiletries also for just one person. Staff who came to put the extra cot was completely untrained and didn't know how to tuck in the crumpled sheet he brought. The Manager on being informed had it changed though. Dinner menu could do with more options

Both room and washroom are clean. Staff are nice, they serve tasty food and overall it is having a good ambience

I told the staff are nice in behaviour, but one expects them to be more service minded, like help hiring an auto or cab or help getting change to a 500rupee so that the customers become more relaxed as if one feels the hotel people are ready for any kind of help, to be precise that is called hospitality. Having charged heavily as rent and for food, the said faculties are also expected in a better manner.

The property facilities & arrangements

Reception helpdesk was pathetic. Travel desk was not functional. No taxi could be arranged by receptionist even after promising to arrange one. And when 1 staff helped arrange a taxi apart from travel desk, receptionists cancelled that taxi also. Because of such unhelpful attitude we couldn't do the temple Darshan (The main reason to visit Rameswaram). Also we had forgotten 2 hats in the room which could not be recovered after we checked out.
