Staff were really nice especially receptionist staff. Kanchan was very helpful at giving advice and we particularly liked the care that was put into managing our concerns. The gulab collection was an interesting touch with ganges water to take away. Very well thought out. Loving move by the owners. I took the dip in the sister hotel and thought it was very private and the security staff was attentive to ensure safety. Beautiful location for the dip too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was slight heat in the kitchen staff between themselves, which was difficult to ignore during breakfast.

Location is Good on the road side and good for family interested in Triveni Ghat Aarti as it is like 1.5 km from property , from Ram jhula 15-20 minueted and 30 minutes to Laxman jhula Another plus point is complementary access to Ganga Kinare resort (another property just 200 meters away from same company) which has breathtaking Ganga view , private ghat and daily Ganga maa Aarti in plus there is sports room for kids so it’s kid friendly as well , this all faculties are complimentary for Holy water guests I liked the hospitality the welcome (where they give you holy beads and do tilak and also give you holy and pure gangajal when on check out ) Breakfast diner awesome taste without garlic and onion simply the best Satvik food , breakfast has lot of items covering south-north Indian cuisines , plus the western (oats, cornflakes , muesli,etc) My special thanks to the whole team and specially “Rekha” for doing wonder-full decorations for my kid birthday and for the cake , the whole staff was very supportive thanks

Holy Water By Ganga Kinare is a good hotel but little bit costly...holy water is just a hotel without any other service so if u need any other service you have to visit there other property which is around 200meter away..But you can enjoy the private ghat and holy dip there..so this is the bonus point..they will provide you towel and a guard will be there to assist you and help you in case of any problem.

My daughter is a big foodie so she didnt enjoyed the breakfast menu...as it was simple with very few option and the problem is they dont change the menu..so if u stay for 3 days you will eat the same breakfast daily.. Breakfast Menu :- Brown Bread and White Bread with jam or butter. Dosa and idli with sambar and chutney. No Egg or any other such thing will be there..

Excellent breakfast buffet. Lovely restaurant with attentive, sincere staff. Respectful reception staff. Great sister hotel close-by where we had lunch and attended an intimate aarti at the private ghat, also a morning yoga session. Safari organised by reception- enjoyable. Room with balcony, fridge, nice bathroom, nicely serviced every day. Lovely gift on arrival and departure.

Excellent breakfasts. We had a very memorable temple thali experience for dinner one night - a must if you stay! Loved the bathroom products (best on a 3month india trip and lovely gift provided!) and the commitment to reducing single-use plastics. We were able to use the facilities at the affiliated Ganga Kinare. We watched their aarti, and took daily yoga and meditation sessions. Guest login for Netflix was greatly appreciated 😀

Intermittent power supply meant we were dumped off Netflix, which got annoying. Hotel cars were readily available for day trips, pickups etc. Luxurious but expensive.

It had a lovely rooms and lovely bathroom . The staff were incredibly helpful, and it was very good value for money. The restaurant was also very good. Again staff were excellent inside the restaurant.

Nothing because it actually was better than I had hoped, so there is nothing negative to report.

very clean, polite and helpful staff, where nothing was too much trouble. white water rafting and safari organised through the hotel was excellent and value for money. the food at the restaurant was very good and the breakfast was great, with staff keen to help us Brits navigate all of the dishes available.

No view room for us meant no window and our room looked out onto the fire escape with no proper natural light

The property comes under Temples of India. The ambience is very pure, calm and composed. The food at their Vaara restaurant is amazing. Its completely vegetarian with no onion and garlic. The Rajbhog thaali is a must to try. They have two property Holy water is a smaller one and there is one more 50 mts away Ganga Kinare Resort where you will find ample amount of activities including evening ganga aarti. Best thing is it has its own private ganga ghat which gives you access at your leisure

The room could be done better in terms of its asthetics. Although the food is excellent may be more regional options can be included which will be cherry on the cake

It is a comfortable hotel, just 100 m from the river (Ganges) where you can go along the bank (2-3 km) and enjoy the hills and the flowing water. The room was clean and there was table, chairs and balcony. Bathroom clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a good restaurant. The breakfast is reach in possibilities for both Indian and European taste. Coffee is not a part of Indian culture, and here as well as many other hotels and restaurants there is a place for improvement.

The varr restaurant is good for the food . But please change the menu if want to have dinner twice How can one person have same the things twice
