Location is good. Maintenance needs to be improved as the hotel is very old and renovation required. Poor light in the rooms and no exhaust fan in the bath room. Food is excellent!

The food preparation was excellent. The Italian/Continental restaurant had superb ambience with large glass windows.The Ganges view and breeze was an add on bonus. The food quality and service was excellent. The staff was very curtious. Special thanks to Himanshu ji, Monica ji and Deepak ji who made our stay memorable.
Little extra eye on room cleanliness will make it a real Paradise Hotel. Add on like wheel chair at the entrance and a ramp to climb would be great add on.

The breakfast was amazing. The first day, it was al a carte and second day was buffet. Both days were great.
The pricing was little higher than normal. But it could be because of New year.

Overall we are happy to stay your property. Aa
A wiper must be in washroom & a big exhaust fan. That's why some time wash room was bad smell. And a room freshener also. In the room must have some plug point for mobile/laptop charges. Other wise the hotel is perfect for peace full holidays.

I stayed at the family suite which has ample place of 1 room and 1 extra with 2 beds for kids. we able to The Ganges from the room and Triveni Ghat was stepping away from this hotel,food was good and staffs are polite and humble to answer your queries, good hospitality and they have a very small parking slot available so needs to park at Triveni ghat parking area.

The manager and staff were very cordial and accommodated even the smallest of my whims. The property is located just next to Triveni Ghat. Food was amazing just like a home cooked meal. Would definitely recommend you to stay here.

Location 10/10 . Walking distance to Triveni ghat is 3min Rooms :: we stayed in a suite. The room was clean but the bathroom had some patch works visible. So 7/10 Staff:: very good
