Location is very central...rooms were clean and spacious...hot water was available whole day..check in was quick and hassle-free..excellent value for money

Room service from the restaurant was terrible...for 5 people, only 2 plates were sent...sabji arrived 10 minutes before roti...we ate 2 meals there but even after asking multiple times, we never received the entire order at the same time....food quantity and taste was good but service was pathetic....plz go down to the restaurant and eat instead of ordering it in the room..

The location was perfect for a wander on both sides of the bridge since the hotel is just up the road from where you can get a boat to cross to the other side! The room was beautiful and comfortable with the best views I’ve seen in Rishikesh

Nothing major but I was there for 3 nights and they didn’t once offer to clean my room or offer a water refill, tea or coffee inside the room. A bit of an issue if we think of people not asking for the water and buying plastic bottles everyday.

It was very comfortable, the hotel and cafe is at a very good location. They provided in room refrigerator and blower as we visited in December. Room is spacious and clean. There is a spa as well, where you can get massge at nominal rate.Thank you Anand for making our stay amazing with your inputs.

Nothing much, bed linen could have been more clean

Amazing location and view. Great restaurant attached to hotel. Brilliant service from staff, especially daily room service. Lots of places to sit and admire Ganges. Executive rooms are nicer than they look in the photos.

Pricey compared to all other stays on our trip. However, Rishikesh is more expensive for hotels. Also it's in a brilliant location and view is stunning.

Excellent view of Rishikesh. beautiful Hotel with many plants. Clean and Cozy place. Accessible yoga room. Good restaurant with a good offer. Staff took great care of guests. Manager Rames Negi especially cares about hospitality in hotels. I stayed in the hotel two extra nights and got a better price than in booking

Property is good. It is the best and comfortable place for a family to stay.

Hotel should include more Indian variety in the menu. And should have option for Indian breakfast .

Everything was good a must recommended place.

The towels need to change, as they are clean but very very old . Also they should install solar heater as the boiler doesn't give hot water as required.

The expercience was amazing from check in to check out. Sir Anand made our stay memorable. Beautiful stay by the Ganges River! We will definitely come back here!
