I would give the property a 10 rating if the scale represented meeting my requirements for an overnight transit halt while travelling by road. I have been staying at the Salem Radisson for the past decade and am impressed by the fact that they have maintained their property at the same level s when new. The staff were exceedingly pleasant and helpful both in the hotel was well as in the restaurant. The multi cuisine coffee shop features both a buffet as well as an adequate a la carte menu. The hotel provides driver accommodation and facilities which is incredibly convenient for those of us traveling with drivers.

The major problem is not the fault of the hotel but that the road work currently going on makes access to the hotel if traveling north towards Bangalore very difficult. So difficult that I would choose another hotel on the opposite side of the hotel until the road work is completed. This visit the hotel systems had some problems getting my key card to function and the wifi to connect. Minor problems that were fixed immediately by the helpful staff but irritating nonetheless after a long day's travel by road.

1. Room was spot clean 2. Towels and Linen were clean, and smelled good 3. Staff is professional, helpful, and friendly 4. Hotel Facilities are good and well maintained. 5. View from the room is amazing: coconut trees and green hills all around.

1. Location is on highway. No Cabs/Autos/Uber/Ola available 2. If you hire cab via hotel, it is expensive (I paid INR 500/- + taxes for a 2 km cab ride) 3. The food is average. South Indian food is good, north indian food is below average (parathas, etc.) 4. Even though I am a Radisson Club member, I was not offered 10% F&B discount, stating that this discount is not applicable for in-room dining. Fair, but calling this out explicitly is better.

We realized we had a car problem after we checked out and had called the Nissan team to check, since we had checked out we had no wr to go, but Mr Shervin Joseph the Front office manager immediately checked us back in and told us we can stay and use the room till we got the car fixed, unfortunately the spare part was not available and we extended our stay, Mr Shervin even made car arrangements to get our baggage's from the car from the Nissan service station which was 15 kms away. I had travelled to Salem for a day with my daughter (11). We had a quick swim in the pool, ate a nice dinner and the breakfast as well. The room had a fabulous view! Overlooking the hills...the staff were also so kind and helpful. From the check-in staff to the cleaning staff to the wait staff, we were well looked after. Our driver also had a comfortable room to stay in. We had a massage in the spa which was fine. Thanks so much! Will definitely stay here again.

The buffet...really dont feel the food was super fresh! Its not the quantity...its the quality...

It was my first visit to Radisson Salem and I recommend this property very much because I had a very good stay there, from the travel desk Mr. Sulthan, Cab driver Gowtham, then the front desk team Mr. Ansar Mr. Bhaskar and Mr, Durai followed by the dine-in service team Mr. Lino, Mr. Athul, and the housekeeping team everyone exceeded my expectations, thank you,

Travel desk whenever I need them are at my service especially Mr. Sulthan the way he responded to my requirements is excellent and the Drivers Mr. Gowtham Mr. Senthil and the rest of the team, are very much appreciatable...

Staff was very helpful and courteous. We a family of 4 had booked two rooms, and they were able to accommodate us in a single suite. The buffet had variety and was value for money. The chefs were extra courteous to accommodate adhoc requests by the child. We had planned to visit yercaud and the stay here was awesome. We could easily travel to yercaud from here.

Since it was the peak vacation season, the diner was fully packed, due to which service was a bit slow. But otherwise the staff was very courteous and polite. The only other thing is that our room had a bathtub as well, but it wasn't clean and water wasn't draining at the speed expected. Since the kid couldn't use it, she was unhappy with the facility

Ample secure parking. Good view from room. Quick room service. Good food. Restraurant is very spacious and spread is good. Lobby is spacious and well laid out. Staff are courteous and helpful. Location is good with good view of the City and the Hills

The drive way and the arrival porch is slightly conjested, due to space limitatio. however the staff manages the conjestion well, which happens at rare times

We didnt opt for breakfast as we had to leave early. But comparing by the standards of the dinner previous night, I assume it should have been really nice. Sri Lankan food fest was going on which was awesome. For someone like me who travels occassionally from Chennai to Kerala, the location is quite comfortable for a night stopover.

2 bottles of mineral water were charged at Rs 299 + tax. I felt that a bit harsh. Nothing else otherwise

We were 5 , including my Mom and my 2 kids + Wife. we stayed for a night and experienced Great Hospitality, Ambience, Cleanliness, Over all Feel and Room size is very good. By all means it was a great stay. We had asked for Late check out till 3 pm, but were honored with extension until 2 pm. Food choices and cuisine options were good enough. there were other restaurants near by the hotel in walkable distance. Perfectly located on NH, so could get out of the city or get in the city at ease! All in all, worth the stay.

just a minor comment, the shower room water flows outside and makes the room completely wet.

Great staff, they were all very helpful and nice. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Very good selection of restaurants. I appreciated the pool, gym and spa.

Slightly pricey for this area of India. The room cards keep deactivating, everyone in our group had to replace their card 1-2 times per day.
