Staff were ,courteous rates were very costly. I had to shell out 20000 just for one room and for one night.. Food was not included in the room tariff. Room was ordinary and not worth that price Staffalso require some more training as house keeping dept particularly requires lot of training. There was no prompt serviceand had to repeatedly call the house keeping to get things such as soaps, dentalkits ,towels bedsheets pillows etc

House keeping service Restraunt food was not good especially Buffy south Indian foods requireslot of improvement in cooking and taste TV not working and overall requires lot of improvement Things are not professional HAS not met the expectations of a Resort This is a very genuine and serious feedback. ALSO MANY PEOPLE WERE UNHAPPY AND FOUND QUARRELING WITH THE RECEPTIONSTAFF AND MANAGER.

Exceptional Hospitality at Sterling Yercaud My recent stay at Sterling Yercaud was nothing short of wonderful. The property itself is serene and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. But what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding hospitality and service from the staff. A special mention to Hari, Mahak, Shahina, and Jeena — each of them went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and courteous nature added a personal touch that made us feel truly valued as guests. From smooth check-ins to prompt service and helpful recommendations, everything was handled with genuine care. It’s rare to come across a team so dedicated to ensuring a delightful guest experience. Kudos to Sterling Yercaud for nurturing such an amazing staff culture. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Yercaud — not just for the location, but for the heartfelt hospitality that sets it apart.

Climbing steps😅 to reach room....but manageable... These are part nd parcel of hill resorts

The property is very well located and has stunning views for most of the rooms. The view from our room was good but unfortunately the weather was very cloudy through the stay. There was a very large balcony which was the highlight of the room. However, this place is difficult to navigate if you are a senior citizen. There are two many steep stairs to climb up and down every time you step out of the room. All in all it was an enjoyable stay for us and my friends.

The restaurant was too noisy and crowded. We understand the visit was during the holiday season, but keeping that in mind the service here could be stepped up a bit here. Lack of cutlery/ napkins was irritating. . The lids of all the hotplates kept falling with a loud noise each time anyone served themselves . It would be useful if the bill is shared or sent to rooms before check-out allowing the guests to reconcile the bills in peace. There was a delay because several were checking out and many checking-in and some families ahead of us had issues on their bills and we had to wait for some time making all of us restless as we had a long drive ahead of us. These are just constructive thoughts and hope it will be taken in a positive manner.

The entire staff were very courteous. Especially in the Discovery Central. Helpful. Facilities are definitely upto the mark, however, not satisfied with the Gym. Very very small. Not much equipments to explore. Cleanliness were upto the mark.

The location is not at all developed, not sure why? Same few small shops selling tea, coffee, snacks etc., Totally dry (I can understand it is due to the summer, but the property owners can join together and keep the place clean and hygienic) Gym. Very small to explore. Could have been better. If it is not possible, then the GYM can be removed totally.

Food is excellent and chef Surya and VIshnu are awesome, they welcome all guests and their hospitality is appreciated.

House keeping is not upto the mark .We informed them to clean our rooms while we were going out. After 6 hrs when we returned the room was not cleaned, again called extension 45 unfortunately took 2 more hours to get even water and they come for.clean at 6 PM.

Location is 10/10.. Stay here in this Resort for the BEST LOCATION in Yercaud. Entire Valley is infront of you. If you want such views then make sure to book Privilege Suite with Terrace & Balcony. Room No.208 and 207 are outstanding.

Can have more facilities, Approach road can be better, Parking area can be better,

The location, view and restaurant are amazing. Kuldip in the restaurant is very cooperative and helpful getting us our food and taking care of all individual guests. Other staff in the restaurant is also very good. All the staffs starting from security guard to reception all are always very supportive and helpful. The children's playing area kept my 1.5 yrs old very engaged. Spa service is also good. Breakfast buffet was good but dinner buffet was not that great. They should add few more starters in the dinner.

The room we felt is but outdated and lack of basic amenities like room slipper. Bathroom is very cosy and smelly even though we ran exhaust fan all the time. There is no AC anywhere.

Best location near to telescope view and rose garden and many other places. Mind blowing place you can have better view from your hotel dont have to visit telescope tower. Just an another option to ooty, one time visit is worth. Staffs very coorporative and helpful did for us all arrangement, what is possible. Thanks to all.

Food was delicious with many variety for all type of people. Which we didnt liked Mayonoius & pasta request to look in to that matter seriously.

The view from the room was spectacular. The rooms were well maintained and the food was very tasty. They are especially accommodating in cooking extra small meals for infants which was very helpful. The staff at the reception and restaurant went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Too many steps to reach the room which was difficult as we had small kids.. otherwise would not be an issue.

Nice views, comfortable and clean room, good breakfast. The staff were very attentive, especially Kuldip who served us in the dining hall. Bed was comfortable. No cooking amenities but there was a sink and long platform. We stayed in the suite, the front living room converted into a bed for the night and the bedroom and bathroom were upstairs. Space was very tight in the bedroom. A dining table and chairs were provided.

Bath water suddenly ran cold. The many stairs to reach the room made it a challenge for my elderly mother. The place was a little difficult to find in the dark.
