Breakfast was good and very elaborate. No complaints for the same. Since we were there for a very short stay and wanted to see the most of Aurangabad, we had opted for only BF and no lunch or dinner.

The bathroom in our room was really bad. Shower taps not working Plus no hot water. 2nd day the door also came out. The only good thing about this was when we complained a mechanic was sent immediately and rectified the taps and door was temporarily restored.

Good location, good price, simple clean and big rooms with a/c and fans. A really nice team on the front desk were very friendly and helpful when we wanted to change from a smoking to non- smoking room. Laundry was good and quick. Simple breakfast on offer, but a Vegan restaurant attached to the hotel does some great food for lunch or dinner (and has a nice courtyard if you want to sit outside in the evening). Almost directly across the road is the Tandoor Restaurant if you need a beer with some good food. A good base for visiting Ajanta, Ellora, Daulatabad and the Aurangabad city and area.

It would be good to have coffee easily available at breakfast, kettles in the room are getting old and/or not working. The wifi should be part of the deal these days - not just a basic package you then have to pay more on if you want to stream or have video calls.

The staff is very courteous and accommodating.

The property is old and needs maintenance. The taps in the washrooms need a thorough cleaning to remove the limescale deposits.

There was variety in the breakfast items. Only suggestion is to serve the breakfast on the mentioned time. For us it was delayed by around 30 minutes on the first day. It got better on 2nd day with delay of 15 minutes.

They provide only soap / hand wash in the room. Suggest to provide tooth paste , shaving foam, etc which is very basic expectation. I also find parking a bit concern. They have very few parking space available in the basement. For rest of the vehicles, they ask you to park in nearby open space.

I found young, helpful and kind hotel staff members in Sumit, Pranjali and Renuka. They were very supportive after checking out as well while I waited in the lobby for some time to travel to the train station. The hotel room was very specious and clean, making my stay to be very comfortable. Very pleasant experience

The property is at a very convenient spot. Shout out to the front desk executive Janhavi for being a amazing host.

The one thing that i think needs a bit of improvement is that the room was not fully ready fir checkin but we were given the room which i think doesnt give a good impression as guest enters.

Good location, well maintained

While booking online I had opted for garden view. But the room allocated to me had no garden view. I was no good view. It spoiled everything. Further, I was told at the reception that for dinner there is buffet. However, there was no buffet only ala~carta.

Very courteous and helpful staff, the location is good, the breakfast was very good, overall a good and pleasant experience.

The building shows signs of ageing , needs a facelift, bar and restaurant was not working.

I would like to request that at least a coffee table be provided in the room. Currently, there is no proper space for having lunch or dinner comfortably inside the room.

Excellent hospitality, cooperative staff, very good food quality little costly food. one chapati for Rs.50/chapati too much cost.how many Rs is cost of wheat per kg at Aurangabad?

Too much costly food especially Rs.50/chapati of wheat is surprising.
