Rooms and Washrooms were clean and tidy.

I booked for May 1st and reached Zostel early in the morning, as it was not check-in time bed was not provided for me. But when I agreed to pay for June 30th they provided bed. Even with a vacant bed available the Zostel team was not ready to provide the bed as I'm a bit early which I felt was very bad and not a welcoming mentality.

We generally enjoyed our stay at Zostel. It is mainly a hostel but we had a room and bathroom to ourselves. The large bed was good. The room had a kettle, towels and soap etc. Everything worked. We liked being able to use the cafe attached to the back of zostel. You could eat outside and the menu was extensive. Staff were helpful in providing a cheap option to get to ajanta and ellora caves. Also helped if you had a question. They also sold us bag locks, which work. No hard sell. If you don't like hostels then don't stay here. It's a sociable place and there's a large lounge to mix with other travellors.

It is a hostel and there are planned activities most nights. Music night was a bit too late for us two. But we fully appreciate that it's good to have a variety of things in the evening.

The property is well known by locals, its easy for any foreigner to navigate using local taxi people. The cafe next to has great ambience but its a vegetarian one. Easy to try some authentic aurangabad Naan khaliya and Biryani in a radius of 4-5 kms. Travellers can tag in with other zostlers and hire a car to visit historic places. Its way cheap if the group is big.

The wash rooms are common for all rooms and they are outside in common area. The room i got is facing main hall where people sit and talk and play together. So walking with clothes is kind of shy. The locker key is not provided instead we should buy it from reception for 50 rs. The take carer or the staff are way young folks and they are sweet, but there is a need of one experience person definitely.

Lots of space, comfortable dorm, space to lounge and chat to people, showers hot, cafe restaurant next door. Info on desk for caves. Nice to meet Indian tourists, some actually had jobs nearby and were staying in dorms

young man on front desk appeared disinterested in assisting and addicted to playing chess on phone. Wld suggest zostel offer incentives if they get a good review or commission to help get groups together for caves, generally we are all there for caves, they give u a number to call and you try to get a group together. No fresh fruit or salads nxt door or nearby.

Location is central.there are good food places like KFC n yalla yalla near by but honestly the food in their cafe is much cheaper n very delicious.aallo taca or tandoor paranthas tastes so good.Ive stayed there already 4 times I think n I have it everytime. Also their plain dias was good. The chat is tasted like they are supposed to taste n disa was crisp n priced reasonably. Wat else do we need in a hostel. Its neway v clean with good courteous staff n quiet.I stayedc4 nights n they even offered to change the linen after 2nd night but I didnt feel the need to waste water washing my sheets as I was there only in the night so I declined.Superb service

The room was quite big and TIF restaurant is adjacent to this stay. It was convenient to get quick munch and coffee. The staffs are helpful and helped me to get Taxi to visit Ellora and Ajanta caves. The tour service they provided (pamphlet was there on desk for travel) is so good and it was pleasant. The bathroom is clean and the wifi speed is good. They have separate eatery place and we can refill water there. The common lounge is good for relax and they have events in evening. We stayed in the common area till 10:30PM night, as our train was 11:30PM. They kept the luggage and allowed us to relax till late night. I would recommend this one to family/friends visit.

The room was adjacent to lounge and the evening events are louder. After 9PM the sound subsidize and become calm. We stayed during Dasara time and the nearby TIF restaurant conducts party nights. It was so loud and went on till 10PM. As everyone says, the check-in process is bit tedious and the links were not working properly.

Rooms are clean and comfy beds. Great common area. You can book tours from the hostel to the caves. It was cool I arrived early in the morning and found people to share the car. We went visiting the caves and I stay 1 night and two days and left with a nightbus. Bus station is down the road .Friendly staff especially Rohan who was very kind and helpful. Thank you. I would recommend staying here if you want to visit the Shanta and Elon’s caves

Bathroom not the cleanest. Soap or toilet paper could be refilled. Also place to put your clothes while taking shower . No kitchen or at least the basic stuff like water heater to make tea or coffee or microwave .

Payment and check in process is a bit difficult. Be careful. Other guests can be very noisy as everywhere in India

The room was spacious, well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Overall the hostel was very clean and tidy. It's got a nice common area in the centre. Also there's a lovely cafe just around the hostel with a peaceful and pleasant garden to chill out. They serve delicious food. The location of the hostel is ideal, only a 2-minute walk from Kratni Chowk.

I stayed at the hostel for three nights. I initially booked one night and then I extended twice, letting the personnel know one day in advance. On my third night, I did the same thing to extend for one more night. The member of staff said to me it was ok and he would do the booking for the next day for me. The next day I left the hostel early in the morning and came back in the evening. As soon I got back, I went to reception to pay that one last night and the same member of staff that had promised to book the room for me on the previous day said to me all beds were booked out and I had to leave. After a while of not giving any reasonable answer, he said that he had called me on my mobile earlier and it was not his problem.

* They have a cafe next to them which is bit pricey than local hotels but they cook good food. * The guys/caretakers are really nice, respectful and provides privacy. * They allow late-night or early-morning check-in for travelers. * They have enough board games and a proper TV

* You have to buy keys for the locker. * The dorms doesnt have private bathroom.
