This place is exceptional. The staff and service really goes out of the way to treat you. The service, the taste the authenticity in swadesh and the assortment at Terra cotta for all inclusive people . The staff always is looking to provide you that extra support and service to make your stay most comfortable. Initially I was hesitant looking at the reviews about service. But I must say it's amazing and opposite to what's in the reviews. The most amazing and comforting service I had... I enjoyed my stay and thank you everyone for making it amazing !

Great location and beautiful property

The safari booking person took our ID and then did not return or leave it reception for us to collect, but took our IDs on a nature walk with a group of….. we did not get our IDs back for many hours!!

Room and facilities were fantabulous. Food was also very good.

They were forcing us to compulsorily jojn the new year party of 31st. They closed all In-Dining and restaurant facilities on 31st night. Pathetic.

Everything. The staff and location was superb. Everyone was very nice and we had a great time while we were there. They made it a point to ensure that we had a memorable trip. The architecture is unique and stunning. The space it very welcoming and warm.

The food was good, as the property was secluded more entertainment options are needed

Location is close to the starting point of the safaris. Food is not bad either.

Service is very inconsistent. Checking out took 20 mins and the property didn't issue us an invoice with the goods and service tax information, which is against Indian regulations. All house keeping calls needed atleast one follow-up as the service wasn't executed on time. Looking at the price points of their rooms now, one would expect the services to be in-line or exceed the standards set by other leading 5 star hotel chains in India.

Nothing we liked. Staff is very rude. And no experience how to maintain relation and how to give respect to customer. Nothing is there in their rooms. They hv to visit taj lands,mumbai or oberoi or ITC hotels b4 labling this huge amt. We came after watching ads and photos of this preperty. But felt very bad. In dinner buffet also there are very less items for options. So we are not happy with property. And mainly staff is not good. .. they need to visit Taj, oberoi, and ITCproperty for the hospitality they give to guests.
