The Taj Sawai has world class service and the brand new property is stunning. The facilities are beautiful and tastefully appointed, and the staff across the entire hotel - from the front desk to the restaurant to the grounds - provides an extraordinary level of care and attention to detail. The quality of all amenities - from the food to the spa to the pool- is superb. The rooms are luxurious as well as serene, and the quality of the beds, showers, and climate control in each room is outstanding. We also loved the evening activities with cricket, tea, and local craftspeople. The hotel is also perfectly located just 10 minutes from the Ranthambore National Park gate, and the staff welcomes guests back from long and hot safari days with cool, rose scented towels. I want to give special thanks to the Taj staff for providing first class care when my daughter fell very ill with a stomach ailment. The entire staff was extremely supportive and accommodating. They arranged for a local physician to pay a house call, arranged for the delivery of prescriptions, prepared special meals, and brought her extra blankets, ice for cold compresses and beverages. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would love to return again.

Nice, clean , many choices for breakfast.

Because I am asian solo traveller, I was with a family with a child when I checked in. The family is my friend, but the staff took me as a maid of the family, but they didn't ask me directly during check in, at dinner, they didn't ask me if any drink that I wanted. Such behaviour should be corrected. Even if ai would be a maid , I am also a human being and should be treated equally. While checked out , the receptionist asked me my opinion about the hotel, when I told her about it, she acted rude to me.

The property and it's amenities were really good and the staff was really courteous and looked after us very well. They were spot on for everything like breakfast dinner etc. The rooms were really good and cleanliness was spot on.

We had put in a request for a crib in our room for our 7 months old baby but that was not provided. It was told to us that all the cribs are occupied. We had booked the property around 2 months back and had made this special request. This should have been taken care off.

Deluxe suite with plunge pool was excellent, the staff were very courteous, breakfast buffet was yummy, loved the traditional rajasthani music during breakfast - dinner and at the entrance. The complementary drinks and kids activities during sunset were great too. Also enjoyed the spa. And the hotel plays into the Ranthambore tiger theme really well too

The grill restaurant menu was limited and the food was disappointing. The food at Machan restaurant was better.

Great location close to the National Park. Wonderful staff and facilities. Excellent food and drinks. Highly recommended for those travelling to this location. F&B Manager was superb helping us with food needs. Thank you!

Door locks didn't work properly for our rooms on random occasions. Initially our request for rooms close together wasn't fulfilled, however after discussions with the duty manager, this was resolved with a bit of a wait.

Like: from the check in process to the check out the staff were really nice and the attention to detail was spot on. The rooms and facilities were superb and it never felt too crowded. The hotel offers a complementary high tea from 6 to 7 with music, which is a really nice touch after a safari. There’s also a stargazing activity with a telescope that was really interesting (additional charge). Dislike: Nothing

The staff were excellent and were extremely helpful. The rooms were of an excellent standard.

The food was good but the variety of food was fairly limited. Often we would ask for coffee or an off-menu item for breakfast and the request was not fulfilled without asking again.

Excellent property.. very well trained and courteous staff at the reception, the restaurant as well as housekeeping.. great hospitality.. very well maintained outdoors.. absolutely enjoyed our stay!!

Can improve on the taste of the food

Very comfortable and luxurious hotel. Spacious rooms with a comfy bed and great bathroom with outdoor shower. Very good restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff. Good proximity to Ranthambore National Park

The bedrooms and dining room were very cold.

Staff were very pleasant. Pool area was excellent.

Food selection for Europeans was limited. Could do with more parasols at the pool.
