The hotel is located right at the main road of the twon and the canter picks u up right from the property (if u ask them to make the booking for you) it is a decent hotel with nicely built spacious clean rooms the staff is helpful. The service is great and all of them make u feel comfortable especially mr. C.p singh, Vinod ji and dileep ji. The breakfast could have been a inclusion (you have to pay at the property usually). The tea was really good. The garden area is an added bonus

The pool wasn't clean nor was it operational. We had to repeatedly ask them to start the filter and it still wasn't clean neither in the morning time nor in the evening time The pool part disappointed us They don't let your drivers stay inside the premises even within the car which is a weird rule and pointless. Bhai driver Kahan jayega car mein nahin baithega toh Ab har cheez ke liye thodi insan aapse behes karega We are there for a holiday or to deal with these things

Staff was very helpful in helping me with the booking of the National Park. They called the guide for me and made things much easier. The cultural performance is a plus. Breakfast and dinner a great. They offer one non-veg option besides veg options so that is a great thing. They also offer early coffee/tea for those who need to catch the morning safari so that is excellent. Room is big and clean. Bed is comfy.

The cultural performance is a bit long so dinner starts at 8pm which is too late for families with young children. Room and bathroom can be modernized a bit as their style looks old. Check out time is a bit early and feels rush for those who need to catch the morning safari.

Hotel staff is helpful. We booked safaris with them and I would recommend 100%! Breakfast is very nice. We stayed there for all meals and that was also very nice. 4 stars is a bit much because of the state of the property and the facilities that are missing.

The location is only reachable by taxi organised by the hotel. Everywhere you move you need the hotel to be involved which means higher prices. Every night they organise a show about Rajasthan culture, but at the end the actors ask for money and are not happy with any amount you give. This should be included in the hotel price as it is advertised as something the hotel offers.

We liked the location as the hotel is in the forest zone.

The breakfast can be a little better, in terms of keeping the idlis and poha hot. We were told that there is a 10% discount for giving ratings on tripadvisor and google. We complied dutifully but the final bill did not reflect the discount. Must say though the staff at the restaurant was very friendly and did their best.

Breakfast was sumptous, good variety, liked all the indian options, cheese sandwithes, fruit options. Room was big outdtanding in decor, excellant shower, liked the english movie channels. Hotel booked all three safaris for us and we saw rarest of rare, male and female tiger together for fourty minutes, afternoon safari 22 Nov 23, in Zone 4. Evening Rajasthani folk style entertainment very good, added spice to our stay

Room cleanliness especially house keeping should improve little bit more. Jazz up the surrounding a bit. Since the only attraction is the sanctuary and resort outside the city, there can be arranged tours from the hotel. Have some entertainment activity or shows

We had a great time staying at Welcome Heritage Mount Valley Resort in Ranthambore. The staff overall in every department may it be at the reception or the cleaning or at the restaurant are courteous and helpful. The restaurant food breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious and flavorful with a good spread of choices to eat everyday. The room was very clean and comfortable. All in all a good stay. If I had to return again to Ranthambore, I would stay with them again. Thanks team!

Love the help from the reception. The staff was able to book me the safari, a train ticket and organised a heater for the room. Other hotels I tried to book tried to sell me privat safaris for 8000 whiles this one organised the official ones for roughly 2600-3500 rupees.

In winter rooms were a little cold but with heater no issue. Hotel food was pricy but did not see any options outside to get Western safe food

The staff was simply brilliant, coordinating for safari with the hotel was super smooth and the food (just take there buffet and enjoy ) and if you are a non vegetarian and enjoy a good mutton , order the laal maas with tandoori/baajre ki rooti . Drove down from gurgaon, plenty of parking space .
