The property was very clean and had all the facilities that we needed. I cannot rave about the service and staff enough. They were extremely helpful in sorting out our very last minute safari trips for our group of three the night before the Safari. They were very reassuring and responsive to my questions and concerns and did everything they could to make sure our trip was enjoyable.

There was very loud music playing on the speakers from somewhere in the neighbourhood during the evening - I believe it was for a wedding or some kind of event. I understand the staff couldn’t do anything about it so we tolerated it until it was turned off at night.

Would definitely stay here again! The staff were incredibly friendly and were eager to help out anywhere they could. The room seemed brand new and just like the picture on the website (I’ve attached my own too). The beds were very big and comfortable. With dinner we had live music just for us and the food was delicious. Same goes for breakfast where we had everything made fresh. There is also a large game room that has a bowling alley, air hockey, a soft play area and more under the main building. There is also a pool, but due to the thunderstorm whilst we were there we’d were unable to try it out. The hotel is dog friendly too as I saw someone walking their husky.

The rooms are really spacious, the terrace is nice with a fan. There Electric small cars for kids to play with for no extra charge. Everything also felt very safe for our toddler. Food is very good!

We used the kids chair 2 days in a room and the pasta from the day before was still in it. There we're a lot of cigarette buds at the pool, maybe pur some ashtrays for smokers Personal was very friendly, only problem was a guy who just walked in the room. Felt weird. Also, knocking on the door for a tip felt out of place, like it more when there is a tip box, les disturbance 😀

i like the quietness of the property . All though it is surrounded by city houses , however inside the resort its is quite. Well maintained. Staff's are excellent and friendly in nature . Good Garden /Green envelop inside the Resort. Good view from the room for the garden.

No Mirror in the room , Only Mirror available in Washroom . Accesses to Garden from wash room was not available . No night Lamp at room. Surrounding houses are very nearby to the property.

Very open, and beautiful .

Though the staff was extremely good, English was not their strength and we could not always communicate properly. A bit more training would help. As Ranthanbore is a tiger reserve, there were no pictures or anything related to tigers in the property. Perhaps they could do well to hire the services of a naturalist and give more details about Theforest. A few videos would help kindle the interest of guests.

Excellent attentive staff.. Fantastic Service. Huge rooms with nice & cozy sit out... Big comfortable beds. Excellent quality in cleanliness and hygiene. Good wi fi. Nice electric cars and play area for kids.

Nit picks - Bowling is a joke. Property is not as huge as it "might' come across in pics.. No lounge area to relax with a few drinks or meals. Main disappointment - Food. Barring 2-3 dishes from our overall meals at the resort, (2 buffet b/f, 2 buffet dinner+ 1 lunch in the room), food was not upto the mark..

The rooms and the nice garden with our cottage, the property was very well kept and the staff was extremely courteous and hospitable. We really enjoyed the stay as well as the proximity to some other good hotels to venture out for coffee or a date and was quite close to the jungle as well where we went for the safari. The room was very comfortable cozy and the smallest of things like great toiletries collection was taken care of. Om who is the property manager is the backbone of the resort and makes sure every guest is taken care of, we infact had a night train so he offered us an extended stay and made us feel at home.

Nothings as such

The service was very good. Dinners were excellent Indian dishes and the breakfast had a nice selection of western and Indian dishes. My daughter loved learning to drive on the kids electric cars and enjoyed the dedicated kids area. The room was spacious and easily fit in an extra comfortable single bed. The hotel was able to organise safari tours. It was a little too cold to swim, but the pool looked lovely.

The hotel is still very new and they are finishing off a few things (Nov 23). It would be good if they had a dedicated kids club with staff, the kids area is quite large with a mix of free and paid entertainment (which can be difficult for parents to manage as the kids want to spend money on these games which don't provide sustained entertainment). It was great that the hotel could organise the safaris but they required pre payment via international transfer, I would have preferred the pay via credit card. The hotel is located near the town and you can hear town sounds, I thought from the pictures it might be more seclued.

This is a beautiful property right in the heart of Ranthambore city . Ours was a last minute plan and could not have wished for a better resort. Check-in was rather effortless , we were welcomed with complimentary snacks and beverages after a long drive from gurgaon . Staff was courteous and very diligent , we were upgraded to a cottage which was very well designed. Breakfast was of good quality with lots of variety to choose from, dinner too was sumptuous and well priced. We would love to go back to this property whenever we go back .

A quaint property with facilities that will take you by surprise. The staff treat guests like family and are always checking on them to ensure they are always comfortable and satisfied. The New Year gala was very well planned and had an air of sophistication. The best part of the property is limited rooms, which makes you feel you are literally taking a break from the world. I would definitely visit again. Thank you Om for giving your father’s contact details to assure me that my new year booking will not be cancelled and I can easily catch hold of you, if it is. 😂
