It has to be the staff all the way! Every touchpoint during our stay was met with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist. The experience felt nothing short of royalty. A special mention to Khushal at the front office, Kunj from F&B, and Krishna at the restaurants — it was a pleasure interacting with them and being so well taken care of. The property is expanding but retains an old-world charm. We stayed in the Deluxe Allure Suite, which was spacious, well-designed, and perfect for a family — with ample space for luggage and a generously sized washroom area. And lastly, the food — we thoroughly enjoyed it! A wide variety of options were offered, and the meal timings were thoughtfully planned to align with guests returning from sightseeing, ensuring there was always something to look forward to.

The only thing is lots of mosquitos, lizards and centipedes- and although we do understand the struggle it being monsoon time and in the wilderness - but they were a lot especially in poolside changing room / but will definitely visit again - sharing this just so that this 0.1% thing is also taken care of

This is a beautiful historical property set amidst peaceful gardens. A true oasis in Ranthambore. We were upgraded to a gorgeous and spacious room which was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some male staff at dinnertime were perhaps a little too helpful, wanting to engage in conversation instead of allowing us to eat in peace. Food was delicious and breakfast sufficient. Free parking is available if you’re driving.

It is an excellent place. Hospitality was outstanding. The property is quite large and is lush green. There are lots of activities to do within the property like football, badminton, kids play area. Every evening the hotel also arranges for entertaining activities like magic show, glass bangle making, painting, astrologer. While going for safari, they also give blankets to protect against the morning cold along with water bottles. The staff was very courteous and polite and went out their way to accommodate all our needs. I'd really love to stay again at this property.

The location was just perfect, same road leading to the Ranthambore National Park. The staff was very helpful and supportive. A special mention to Neha who was outstanding and went beyond to make us feel comfortable and managed all our food choices. She was always around and smiling / amazingly proactive to our needs. The entire staff was just so accommodating and willing to help anytime of the day. with Ratan Singh providing us blankets and water before we headed out to the safaris and wishing us Good luck to sight the Tigers. A definite place to go back next time in Sawai Madhopur !!

Very skeptical traveling (long distance) first time with our pet (its a golden retriever named "LEO"), we drove to the hotel from gurgaon. The fact that right from the gate keeper to the hotel manager - Tejas, kept checking about the pet made the entire family at ease. I cannot thank the staffs much for making us (incl LEO) & our stay so comfortable. We wish we could have sighted the Tiger but other than that, the quality of food, hospitality, etc everything was great! It s a hotel from the colonial times (I was told 1930s), with minimal layout changes, so has its own +ves and limits

We took the junior suite, which we thought could have been bigger, for a fairly pricy (25K+/night (just room)) tag. The layout of a very small sitting area adjoined by the bedroom was not too easy for the family + pet

Beautiful, historic hotel set in lovely grounds. Staff were very attentive and keen to keep guests happy. Well located close to the national park.

Hotel is in need of an upgrade, especially considering the prices they are charging. Fittings and fixtures are very old and falling apart in some cases. Security could also be improved. The door locks were basic and did not seem very secure.

Great hospitality by all team members. Highly professional, caring and efficient. Special compliments to Ms Neelam and Mr Rajendra S in restaurant and Ms Manmeet in reception.

You feel like in a real lodge, with the atmosphere of a Safari. Although the premises are a little bit old, our family suite was nice and comfortable. The food was really good, we enjoyed our stay
