This was an attractive property set in its own, peaceful grounds back off the main road. There was a nice buffet breakfast and evening meal, offering multiple options for those wanting curry, or wanting to avoid it. The rooms were huge and the beds comfortable. The shower was good and hot and the wifi worked well in rooms and the restaurant. I think this would be a great place to stay in warmer weather, as the rooms would stay cool and the pool could be enjoyed (but it was cold early Jan when we stayed). We were provided with blankets for our early morning tiger safari, which were very much appreciated. The hotel shop was great - we bought several lovely pashminas and a few pieces of jewellery. There are tailors on site who will whip up clothing or copy something of your own made up in a matter of hours. They have a wide choice of materials in stock.

The rooms were not warm in early Jan. There was no heater and just one extra duvet provided (for two single beds). Room service was supposed to be available, but it wasn’t clear what times they served it. On several occasions when I rang the restaurant to order food, nobody replied. I also tried reception but they were often engaged. I am not sure whether to be amused or annoyed by the receptionist who took my phone and started giving the hotel top star ratings on Booking.com while I was checking out - fortunately I caught him in time and took back my phone before he had sent the review.

I had a fantastic experience at this resort during my recent safari trip. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They assisted with everything — from a quick and smooth check-in to organizing our safari schedule with great care.The resort is surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a peaceful and natural atmosphere — perfect for relaxing before or after a day out on safari. One of the best parts was how supportive the resort was in booking our safari. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. They also offer a convenient pick-and-drop facility to the safari entry gate, which saved us a lot of time and hassle.

This hotel has lovely gardens and a great swimming pool. The birdsong was wonderful. The buildings are heritage style and the public spaces are great. Our room was spacious and had a really nice garden outlook. It feels like a haven away from the busy road and mayhem outside. Staff were obliging and courteous. They can arrange safaris for you but it's advisable to do this well in advance as they get booked up quickly.

The room and bathroom were a bit dated and could do with a refurb. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned each day which seemed a bit odd. The breakfast menu was adequate but somewhat limited. The WiFi was a bit hit and miss but worked most of the time.

The hotel is a lovely place, with a beautiful garden and a large, spacious swimming pool where you can swim. The food is tasty, and the meals are well-prepared. The location is excellent — centrally located, it’s a perfect starting point for jeep safaris to see the tigers, as they pass right by the hotel to pick you up. It’s also conveniently close to the train station, which is ideal for travelers arriving by train, like I did. I had a good experience overall. The first night I arrived late and the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working, it was very hot.. However, the staff promptly resolved the problem by switching my room. Everyone was kind and helpful during the whole staying. I really recommend this place!! Nice, calm, spacious rooms with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. 3 minutes walking from the hotel you also have a nice shop for souvenirs and art painting " wild art craft" managed by a lovely family of artists that love welcoming people and chat with them! For someone interesting in local culture, it's a wonderful experience

That said, as often happens in India, there was an attempt to charge more than necessary for extra services.. This is the one aspect I don’t particularly appreciate as I believe tourists should be respected as clients, not taken advantage of. Being a foreigner should not mean being expected to pay double — it’s not fair. I say this also as a professional in the tourism industry, working as a tour guide and travel designer, I firmly stand by this principle. Anyway, this is common in India..😉

The hotel is amazing, staff is great, food is very nice. We had half board so it was sort of a bufett every time we had a meal, the flavor was very nice and they change the menu every day so you don't get the same stuff all the time. The facilities are amazing, very relaxing and the hotel itself is very pretty; full of nature. They booked for us the Safaris, they choose the zones for us and we were super happy with it, we managed to see 3 tigers! All the staff is very nice and they do care about their vistors' needs. Swapan is very welcoming and helped us in every question / request / doubt we had. But they are all very sweet to be honest. Also, the cocktails are veeeery good! We honestly loved our stay.

They have visits of monkeys from time to time, which makes sense honestly, and they always try to kick them out but good to take precautions.

The Resort is located right at the main National park road of the town and the Jeep/canter picks u up right from the property (if u ask them to make the booking for you they will provide you the safari booking) it is a decent Resort with nicely built spacious clean rooms the staff is helpful. The service is great and all of them make u feel comfortable especially Mr. Satyendra ji, Manish ji & Hemraj. The food was delicious. The garden area & swimming pool area for sunbath is an added bonus.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Most luxurious place I’ve ever stayed in India, the room was spacious and modern as was the bathroom. The pool area was good (though I didn’t go in as it was so cold!) with lots of deckchairs, as well as other reclining seats in the garden. We didn’t actually use the on-site bar and restaurant though got room service breakfast which was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our safari booking which was sorted by staff.

Not the hotel’s fault, but we were really harassed by locals begging on the main road outside the property (blocking our path, grabbing at our hair and clothing) which made going out of the property, especially alone, less appealing! It would be good if there was somewhere for guests to refill water themselves as we had to ask staff every time. Also our safari was in zone 8 (zones 1-5 are known for having more tigers) so maybe check if booking a safari through the hotel like we did

Lovely hotel with a good, big swimming pool, which is clean, also there are towels prepared for you on the sunbeds. The rooms are well equipped, clean, the staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant offeres a delicious and quite cheap food. We had safari organised through some agency but the hotel offered to help us in that as well.

In one room there were some troubles with the airconditioning. Also the toilet hd some troubles when splashing. Generally - In the room is a fridge but not working very efficiently.

The location was really good, easy to access Ranthambore National Park. The bedroom was huge, really good side and included facilities you would expect at this hotel. Heritage feel, with authentic furniture. Staff were friendly and helpful. Entertainment in the evening in the form of Tiger documentary about the park. Good choice of food at dinner. I didn’t go in the pool but others did and it looked fine!

Locks on door of heritage room - it wasn’t explained to me but I figured it out! It was nice touch once I realised. Bathroom needed a little extra cleaning but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

The hospitality and effort!! We (2 sisters) went to the hotel with our dad and it was his birthday that day! We asked the staff before hand if they could arrange a birthday surprise with a cake for our dad! After we had dinner the staff took us to a private table and had a beautiful cake with his name on it and candles with a lot of flowers around it. They put in the extra effort to give my dad a beautiful birthday! We were very happy, and my dad was also very happy! Also the rooms were very nice, spacious and clean! The staff was there to help us during our whole stay. The guys working at dinner also took care of us very politely, they brought us extra plates of food and checked up on us many times to see if we needed anything. All in all our stay was very pleasant and we were positively suprised with their hospitality!
