It was excellent. I think you can introduce more of Himachali dishes in your breakfast. Bhandari savoured us with excellent matar puries veggies and loads of his life stories. The music was excellent. I danced my heart out with my loved ones. Thank you Gitesh and each n every member.

Nothing. Everything was great. As a suggestion you can use your space round the porch and some other open area more for afternoon brunch evening snacks and some cosy bonfires.

Loved the property and the hospitality. The property is located away from the hustle and bustle of Shimla. There was uninterrupted mesmerising view of the mountains. The food was great too. Would like to mention names of some of the staff who were very warm and friendly - Rajat, Ritika, Tanisha, Jithin, the restaurant manager (don’t remember the name) and the reception staff too. We definitely plan to make this resort our go to place from Delhi 😊

The breakfast spread was not too elaborate, but the quality of everything was good

Booking.com indicated that our room had a bathtub. When we entered the actual room, it was a walk in shower instead. The manager told me there ARE no bathtubs in any of the rooms. But while randomly wandering on my floor, I found an empty room with the door open. I walked in and looked around. Sure enough this room had a gorgeous bathtub. Strange that the manager lied to me though this room was clearly empty!

Absolutely loved the location and the hospitality of the staff. Since the location is a bit remote with not much to do/see around, the hotel arranged a number of activities we could do and all of those were worth the money. The Spa facilities are also exceptional.

The checkout process could have been smoother. Due to come confusion by other guests, we were wrongly charged for their services on our room. But upon checking and raising the issue, it was resolved.

The staff were very courteous and professional. Neeraj Kumari, in particular, provided excellent service in the restaurant. The hotel's Holi celebrations were very enjoyable and inclusive and took place over two days.

Our first experience at breakfast was chaotic and overwhelming. We had to wait forty minutes for a table. Fortunately, this experience was not repeated on our next two mornings. The staff were very apologetic for the experience we had received on our first morning.

Very exotic location at the hill top which gives clear view of the valley and surrounding mountains. Staff is cordial but lacks experience. Ambience is ok.

The food spread wasn't as expected from the Taj Group of hotels. Very basic layout and options were limited. Food quality is just ok not exceptional. Had to wait and ask for napkins, cutlery, water at the table.

Great location - at Theog, little outside the crowd of Shimla. Lovely place, views, food. Good gym as well.

No privacy in the spa/gym changing rooms - staff at the desk are able to look straight at you while you change. For some reason the doors are kept open. Reported this but there was no change.

It was spectacular first of all the staff they were so cooperative and humble i have been to taj before but amongst them Taj theog has the best hospitality i must say. Hitesh and sachin at the front desk did there best to make our trip a memorable one. I am coming again thats for sure. A must visit property. Thank you so much guys kudos to all of you.

Not a single thing to mention.

It's a splendid property located at a mountain top with 360 degree views. Views from all sides of the hotel are just magnificent. On a clear day you can even see the snow laden mountains in the distance. It's a self contained resort and deserves a minimum 2 night stay to do justice to all the facilities offered by it. It offers a complimentary "High Tea" at 5 pm which is very good and not to be missed. There is a nice game zone for toddlers, small kids and adults. There is a temperature controlled jacuzzi and pool. We had two, a 2 year and a 8 year old, kids with us and they had a blast. Its was a truly memorable experience for our full family.

There is no complain as such. However, my only suggestion to the hotel's management is to introduce some kind of system so that only serious guests book some of the facilities offered. We tried booking jacuzzi but it was fully booked for the day. However, when we were casually passing through the area we saw the facility not in use. When we enquired, we were told that the family which had booked the slot didn't turn up. The attendant was very cooperative and allowed us to use the facility anyway. I saw this happening for 2 -3 slots in the morning. Families simply book and then don't turn up.

The property has lovely views and it’s very nicely set up. The staff is absolutely incredible- took such good care of my kids and all of us. At the restaurant Ashok, Dheeraj, Karun and Preeti were absolutely fantastic. The flute player was so nice. The housekeeping staff Santosh always made sure our rooms are were clean and well stocked up. The managers Rachna and Mahinder were so nice and helpful.
