The property was decent and was well-located. It was just 5-minutes walk away from the temple. The suite room was spacious and clean and they gave it to me for all three days of my stay even though I was supposed to move to a double room. The restaurant staff were helpful, delivered good food at the room and promptly. The hotel staff were greatly helpful. The reception staff even came all the way with me to help relocate from another hotel. It was a comfortable stay.

Nothing much. Perhaps a shuttle service to the temple may be of use. Strangely, there were no lockers, cupboards or chest of drawers in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located near the temple. You can take an auto or walk there. The beds were comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant. The bathroom was clean but could use some improvement. The rooms were spacious. The staff were very helpful before, during, and after our stay. They provided valuable information about the temple and offered assistance, including help with taxi bookings. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby (we had food at Woodlands which was good). The hotel staff made our journey easier!

- Improving convenience for temple users - Considering everyone who comes to the hotel come for the temple, it would be great if you could provide more information and perhaps book for things like Darshan etc to make it easier for tourists. - The food next door wasn't great, would be good to have the menu in the rooms so that we can order and also include a package for breakfast. - Although its close, it will be good to have some package for temple drop and pick up

The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are spacious. The location is excellent, just a 6-minute walk to the temple. The staff is very helpful. Rahul, the manager, contacted me the day before my stay and arranged a reasonably priced cab to pick me up. Since my train to Mumbai was in the evening, he allowed a late check-out and provided a space for me to rest even after checking out.

There is no wardrobe in the room, and the bathroom arrangements are not very good. There isn't even a towel rod in the bathroom, though this is a minor issue.

Very helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms. 5-10 mins walk from main temple. Great food via room service from the restraunt next door at a very reasonable price (at zero commission). The airport taxi I booked was delayed but the manager booked another one at a very short notice - saved us from missing our flight - thanks to the staff! They ask for online advance payment (which doesnt say so in their listing) but the manager accommodated us as we were from overseas and didnt trust sending money.

Water pressure was too low in the bathroom taps and shower. The shower barely worked and the bucket/mug were too dirty - which they replaced on request. They turned off the hot water at night which is not great when you are with a 5 month old baby - took over an hour to get hot water running, they offered to bring some to the room in buckets though.

The staff was very helpful and the room and bathroom was clean. They gave us an upgrade which was awesome.

However they should check facilities before checking in a guest. The tv was not working and the complaint was not resolved till the next day. A small issue but does leave a customer with bad taste

It is within walking distance of Shirdi Sai temple. Autos are available in front of the hotel, and the Rooms are quite big, Neat, and clean. Staff was also pleasant and cordial. Good for a short trip

can improve the cleaning, Bed sheets were not changed, but later changed upon request. The hotel can provide a shuttle service to the temple, though the temple is only 450 meters, during the day it is very hot.

Location is just 4 to 5 minutes safe and enjoyable walk to Sai Baba Temple. Very spacious room and bathroom. Window, Fan and Air-conditioning - all available and that made our stay even better. Very helpful staff who tried helping me book an outstation can too. Thanks a lot.

Everything was a breeze.

First of all very pleasant staff including the hotel Manager. Our flight got delayed and they arranged the cab from airport and they were constantly in touch. The family room is worth the money. The food that was served is good too When we had to go the temple at 4:00 AM, they arranged the auto (though the temple is walkable it was raining) Overall I found 9 coin hotel very good

It’s clean n room is odor free

Water force is very poor in the bidet and wash basins . Bathrooms didn’t have a bad smell but also didn’t hv a pleasant smell - an Sonal zipper would do the magic . Hot water didn’t come in the tap Buffet breakfast is not available so price is costlier than other hotels

The room was very spacious and this hotel is located near to temple.

The electronic kettle kept in the room did not work jnspite of xhangjng thrice this didn't work.
