This hotel really exceeded all I knew in terms of Customer Focus! It was amazing to see literally every single employee, on a sample of 10+ people, trying everything they could to make my stay as good as possible. Specially Basharat (ready to manage a 5-stars hotel chain in my opinion, very professional and effective), Samir (the kindest waiter there could be), Imran (efficient and customer oriented) and Atiqur, the General Manager who carefully organized everything and went beyond the extra mile to support. Besides the rooms were spacious, the gym is very well equipped and the pool is an oasis after a long day on the cold and dry weather.

Wi-Fi could be better.

Excellent humble staff, helpful in every possible manner. We were not able to enjoy the hotel facilities like indoor heated pool, steam, sauna, gym but we visited and seemed very good. Well managed while handling the check-in and checkout process. Room was quite big with all the required amenities. Wi-Fi was working at fine speed. Best part of the hotel is its staff. The way they oblige make us feel very comfortable, safe and relaxed.

The location is quite far from the center. It is on the main Highway. Due to ongoing highway construction, lot of dust, which I guess should be ok in near future. Room cleanliness was a bit issue. we have in form the reception / room service several times for cleanliness of the room. Also, the water in the bathroom was having dirt. Breakfast options can be re-looked upon.

Our stay at Arco Hotel in Srinagar was the perfect conclusion to our time in Kashmir. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to first-class service with warmth and friendliness at every interaction. Our room, facing the road, provided a glimpse into bustling city life against the backdrop of the snow-capped Himalayas, with eagles soaring overhead. The hotel also offers roof access, allowing guests to savor a cup of tea during sunrise or sunset while taking in the breathtaking views. The full Indian breakfast buffet was a delight, although lighter options such as cereal, toast, and eggs were also available for those preferring a lighter start. We particularly enjoyed the gym, which was well-equipped with weights and other equipment for both bulking and cardio workouts. The heated pool was another highlight, offering a large space to unwind with the added fun of floaties. While we did experience water cuts, which are common in the region, the staff were quick to assist, and the issue was resolved promptly. Speaking of the staff, they truly stood out during our stay. Each member was incredibly accommodating, and we would like to give special mention to Zahoor, Tariq, Suriya, Umer Malik from the front desk; Bashrat, Ishfaq from food and beverage; and Tawseef, Sameer, Umer from housekeeping; and Umar from security. The hotel management were so accommodating that they arranged a late check out for us, which was incredibly helpful for our long trip home. Our only regret was not budgeting enough for transportation, as it turned out to be pricier than expected in the region, leaving us with less to tip the staff. Nevertheless, we plan to stay at Arco Hotel again in the future and may even explore their other locations.

Clean, elegant and well maintained. Staff are very accommodating, professional and helpful. Tousif was lovely and food at the restaurant was delightful.

Srinagar has electricity issues, the generator going on and off can be a little annoying. Property has hot cold water, but the rooms have issues with mixing water to desired temperature. It was either too hot or too cold, we have 3 rooms booked, all had the same issue

Infrastructure- 4/5 Ambience - 5/5 Amenities- 4/5 Hospitality- 5/5 Newly built property by Arco and is quite comfortable and lavish. Rooms are quite big with lots of storage. Washrooms have separate shower area and no issues with hot water. Electricity back up available and centrally heated. Have an internal restaurant but 24X7 kitchen isn’t available. Staff is superb with amazing hospitality.

Property is a little off the main city so check before you book. May not get auto or other transport for going into the city (unless you have a cab pre booked). No 24X7 kitchen but they can have things packed incase you arrive late or leaving early. Rest its quite comfortable and pleasant.

The food was good, everything we order was upto mark. Staff is ever smiling, they even upgraded our room as it was Off-Season, it is not that i am giving good review for free upgrade given. The Hotel is very clean as it is newly built, just 1 month old. Attention to detail has been given to everything. Even the Bed Runners laid were very beautiful. Water pressure is very good. Very good value for Money. We had stayed at their Sonamarg property also in May 23, but they had electricity problem back then and DG was not working as well. But couldn't find fault in this Srinagar property for our stay in Nov 23.

The food was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom facilities were awesome (great shower) Bed was comfortable. I felt like a queen

A little expensive, but I treated myself. The pool was closed. Pool area was in an enclosure and dark, it was lit but it felt like night time (or like I was in a nightclub!), a bit weird. Although I didn't get to take a walk around as I arrived late afternoon and left after breakfast, it felt like there was nothing nearby to look at (middle of suburbia), but no market shops nearby (which made it peaceful.

Hotel staff were exceptionally good.Food was very nice . Very prompt and good services .

Restaurant timings could be 24 hrs.Breakfast timings should start at 7 instead of 8.Quality of bathroom accessories as shampoo,conditioner, bathing liquid can be improved.iron box was missing.

The reception staff were exceptional. They took care of all our needs and we were lucky enough to be given an upgraded room. Additionally they set up a bunch of sight-seeing plans for us and the restaurant food was perfect as well.

Everything was perfect, no negative remarks.

The rooms were spacious and it was clean. The service was great and we loved the stay here. We loved the food at the restaurant there is an indoor pool. The indoor area is heated. But the pool is not heated.

The hotel is very far from the tourist area so there is nothing to do nearby.
