The property is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and Kashmiri charm. One of the highlights was the delicious food—authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and a variety of options to choose from. Although at a distance from the Dal Lake, the only saving grace was a clear view of the mountains and the morning sunrise from the windows. Staff is very courteous and some of them went out of their way to help us.

Poor breakfast/ lunch/ dinner options. Always noisy. Most of the times things were not refilled at the restaurant buffet. Very far from the Dal lake although it is promoted as overlooking Dal Lake. There is no easy approach to the place nor any shops close to the hotel.

The breakfast was very local & no continental option. Althought staff were friendly but the comfort was not good in the rooms.

Even after making 50% advance They were over booked and didn't give the room Their behaviour was rude, we were with old people and children even then they didn't give any consideration in the beginning they even told we didn't pay the money once they realised it's in their bank they were struggling to explain even without giving a room they made only partial refund
