Upgraded to family suite (306) comprising bedroom with ensuite bathroom and TV, and separate sitting room with second TV and toilet. It was really spacious with curtains that had great coverage and perfectly shut out light, and the stunning bathrooms. Shiny marble floors throughout. Hotel is located close to Thrissur Railway Station.

Difficulty in communicating as staff had limited knowledge of English leading to some misunderstandings. Bathroom floor gets slippery so care needs to be taken when showering. Lighting in restaurant is very bright in the evening and it lacks ambience. Maybe some soft indian music would help instead of the large wall TV! The restaurant serves wine and beer as per the large sign outside advertising "Bar", but on our first night we were told there was none - one of those misunderstandings!

Comfortable bed and clean hotel room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, nicer than the famous (and very busy) Thomson's Casa in the centre.

Construction work in the hotel meant we were woken every day around 7:30am. Would've been nice to have been warned about the early start, but it's ok.

The room was spacious and ample provision of toiletries and necessary linens/towels. Room service was very fast and the restaurant was well aware of portion sizes Staff was efficient and friendly. They were ok for me to sit in the lobby after check out to wait for my car.

There was a lingering smell of smoke in the room. Not sure how that was happening.

Nice hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food from the kitchen was very good. There's some thumping music from the bar at night but not overly disturbing. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

Wonderful location very close to the Thrissur City junction, very nice staff, the rooms very very spacious, extremely clean including the toilet and all the linen, towels etc. Room had tea and coffee maker and the breakfast served was simple but very tasty. Had a very good experience staying at the Park Residency.

Ac in the room need proper maintenance. Very old. Not properly serviced i guess.

The hotel is really in a good location and the staffs were very helpful. The building is a very recent and the rooms were very good. They have even helped us to find a good travels to visit various places and it was really a nice experience.

The breakfast menu would have had better varieties and the space where the buffet kept was small.

location is not good means no taxi or auto to travel to city and railway station find diffcult to reach. our suggestion hotel managment can provide the transport facitiles it is better. Rooms were good & big neat and clean. staff service in experience people to do work this may affect hotle performance otherwise staty is good.

Very neat and spacious rooms with all the amenities....the front desk staff courteous to us becoz they allow us early check in.the restaurant staffs were friendly too and food were also good although breakfast spread is limited...Uber service was available here..
