Very courteous, friendly staff. Really appreciate mr. Sujith, Mr. Anandu, Mr. Simon and team. Well informed and Mr. Sujith helped to plan my trip. He is very good. I stayed here at this property in Apr 2024 for 4 days, that time with family. I like the property and location. Staff then too were very helpful which made me book this second trip.

Can you please introduce 12 hour package? I checked in at 645 AM and checked out at 535 pm and paid full price of more than ₹4K. It will be value for money for customers like me who come for a short stay centred around temple visit.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Sterling Guruvayur hotel! The fact that it's located near the temple was an added bonus. My room was on the fourth floor, and it was so quiet and spacious. It had all the necessary facilities and toiletries. I especially loved the extra bed they provided alongside the king size bed. The lighting in the room and the woodwork in the hotel were simply amazing. I had an awesome view of the sunrise from my window, it was truly breathtaking. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was also fantastic, with beautiful woodwork and comfortable seating. They even had a collection of vintage car pictures everywhere for motorcade enthusiasts. The car parking facility was spacious and convenient as well. Overall, it was an incredible trip and a much-needed refreshing break for me and my family. Thank you, Sterling!

The Hotel was good. The room was spacious. The staff were friendly and courteous.

The food in the restaurant. Two main reasons for low guests must be because of the location and the food. Saw a poster in the restaurant " pledge not to waste food ", actually the poster in their kitchen should be " pledge to make the food tasty ".

Excellent property as they reward you with the money spent. They treat you well, take care of your needs and provide you all needed comfort during your stay.

I can't remind of anything specific . All requests were taken care promptly and on time . They neither charged us extra for some additional items we requested.

Location. My personal preference is to choose a location closer to guruvayur temple as the aim of stay is that mainly. However it was my bad I read somewhere this facility is just 300 m far from the temple and upon reaching realized that it is 1.5 km away.

Location of the property is good. It is near to Guruvayur Temple and railway station which is 5 mins and 15 mins respectively.

House Keeping needs to be taken care something like dryers are not available in some rooms, no dustbin covers are placed, and no proper toiletries. Restaurants taste is good but for the breakfast price they charge the buffet is less. There is no desert, no sweets, only one fruit, only one variety of Kellogg’s, etc.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent staff right from front desk to house keepers. They go above and beyond to make you happy.

The menu could use some change. Especially snacks and dinner. Also the room service hours could have been flexible. Customers could really use a cup of coffee or tea early hours and the hotel starts offering even beverages after 7.30 am.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sterling Guruvayur. The staff was super sweet and accommodating. Special mention to the Chef, he made the most amazing South Indian food. I loved the pickle, so he packed me some for my trip back home. I would highly recommend people to stay at this location, its closer to most of the temples and again the food is amazing.

The food was good, the breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a limited menu but tasty food though. The strategic location of the premises gave us great opportunities to have multiple darshans at the Krishna temple which was the main objective of our visit.

We expected better amenities like some basic games, entertainment for the kids and a swimming pool would have been apt.

Good ambience and rooms were comfortable.

The WiFi network was not available during the night and my children couldn’t work because of that. Breakfast service was below par for a sterling property.
