Our stay at Kovilakam Achutham was quite comfortable. The staff were very cordial and friendly. The best part about the hotel is its proximity to the temple. Just a walkable distance. Although there is no restaurant, right next to the property is Pazhayidam restaurant. So that was taken care of. The bathrooms were neat and there was continuous supply of hot water which was a big plus when you have to take early morning bath for Darshan esp in rainy season. On the whole a good experience.

There was a slight odor in the bathroom on opening it. But the exhaust fan kind of solved it. But still this is something which can be taken care of with bathroom fresheners.

The location is excellent, and there’s ample parking available. The hotel is also noticeably cleaner than many others in the area.

Some rooms are smaller than others, and when we checked in, the bedsheets had not been changed. However, the staff responded quickly and replaced them upon request. I recommend that the hotel management ensure cleanliness is thoroughly checked before handing over the room keys. The rooms are not soundproof — we could clearly hear traffic noise from outside as well as conversations from the corridors.

Kovilakam Achutham is either a new or recently renovated property. Easy to access with parking space and the Guruvayoor temple is very near approximately 3 minutes walk from the property. Rooms are clean and comfortable neat nd quiet. The bathroom was super small but modern. The property lacks its own restaurant but not difficult to find vegetarian restaurants near by. The staff at the property was very friendly and accommodating and fast in service. The property has elevator so easy for elderly to access upper rooms. I would definitely recommend kovilakam Achutham

A room service working phone is mandate in any hotel. In kovilakam achutham a phone was missing in our room. Since the property doesn't have a restaurant of its own, a tea kit and a water kettle will be appreciated in the room. The bathroom even though modern is small, XL sized people like me could find it difficult to use.

Good experience.. Very polite front desk staff, clean room, everything was well maintained and newly renovated building. It is very near to Temple aprox 200 meters and around 400 mtr to reach KSRTC bus station. WiFi was not available when i visited. That is the only negative thing i noticed. Hotel .The manager himself interacts with almost all the guests and makes sure all the facilities are available and conformable Overall experience was very good and i would really recommend this hotel for all family if the hotel room size does not matter

Staff and hotel location.

Very clean room with good aircon and just few meters away from the temple is a perfect situation for travellers with children and elders in the group. The property has 24 hours running hot water along with friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the mattress was not as per my liking, I found it thin and hard. Secondly, the room I had was adjacent to the main road so was little noisy with the passing traffic by night. But these are subjective issues.

First of all, it’s in the prime location and good accessibility. The Property was really good and especially their support staffs who were exceptional in providing great service at the earliest without any delay. We would be really recommend this property for someone who is looking for a neat and well kept property with a good customer service.

Nothing much

The hotel was too good & the room was so neat & clean,their staffs and Desk Managers were also good and the total members (Day/Night) of the hotel staff take care of us as thier homely person.... Staff was very helpful in each and every way.... and they guide us in all the way as we want......I am Specially Thankful to Mr.Rajmohan & Miss. Anusha for coordinating each and every thing with my mother ....

Each and every thing was good

Stay was comfortable and cozy.Staffs were cooperative. As we reached there was slight confusion about the distance to the Temple and the for the room at ground floor.But it found smuch near and walkable.Definitely Kovilakam will come up with full zoom after the construction work which is going at the ground floor.

The location is quite perfect, right next to south nada and near Panjajanyam. The rooms were quite clean. The bed of perfect firmness. The staff were very friendly. The bed was quite large to accommodate 3.

The room size is smaller than normal. They go to great lengths to know whether you are indeed coming, often getting on to my nerves. Tall people could find toilets smaller in height.
