Neat, nice parking area. Nice and pleasing staff. Security staff were helping nicely all the time. It is near the main Guruvayoor temple. Also there are small temples nearby to visit. I could not have the bfast there as I had to go to the temple very early morning. It was so nice that they arranged a car to drop us at the temple!! Just by paying ₹50/= I returned from the temple to the hotel!! The Railway station is nearby also. The front desk staff gave good guidance about the dharshan timings and procedures!!

They can improve to provide a room for the drivers. At present they have provided a facilty for toilet and bathing only.

I had a wonderful stay at Gokulam Park, Guruvayur. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect—from the warm hospitality to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The staff were extremely courteous and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is ideal, especially for those visiting the Guruvayur Temple, which is just a short distance away. The food served at the in-house restaurant was delicious, especially the traditional Kerala dishes that truly captured the local flavors. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guruvayur. Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit!

Food and hospitality

The person who called me to ask to check out my room was so arrogant , I requested for a late check out of 30 mins extra and I am even ready to pay what they demand ..he was not even ready to listen to me ..I am ok even if they deny it by saying sorry, we are fully booked etc..he was arrogant and said it’s the property policy etc, i didn’t argue and check out and got in to a decent hotel nearby for half a day..I will try to avoid booking again coz of the arrogance of the front office people who called and asked to vacate the room immediately..They should have convey it in a polite way..

The location is absolutely ideal, situated conveniently close to Temple One of the standout features of my stay was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, with fresh, delicious options that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. The staff at this hotel truly deserve special mention. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The service was consistently outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

All the bed sizes are the same, but Booking.com charged me differently for my rooms. I don't understand why this happened, and it left me a little bit disappointed.

We have not opted for Breakfast, so I cannot tell about quality of food. Excellent hospitality shown by all people, especially front desk staff. very clean room, good space, relaxing atmosphere. It was raining heavily, hotel staff arranged Guruvayoor temple dropping by their Electric vehicle (TATA NEXUS). We enjoyed staying in this property for 2 days. Looking forward to stay in future, while we visit Guruvayoor temple. Ample car parking space available.

Reaching the hotel bit confusing.

My family and I, (10 of us), stayed at Gokulam Park last week, as part of our temple visit. Every member of the hotel team was very hospitable, kind and gracious. Special thanks to Ms. Gopika and Mr.Sachin, who went our of their way to make us feel comfortable. We were not sure of what to expect since it is our first time at a Gokulam property, and that we had an infant with us. But the team was extremely supportive and professional, taking care of every detail. They are impeccable when it comes to quality, customer service, cleanliness, F&B, process and management. Highly recommend this property!

None I could take note of

Great food and excellent service. Just a tiny suggestion. Pls be more meticulous about cleaning. The taps were not polished. Inside of the elevator doors had finger marks and smudges. The steel needs to be polished In the bathroom— I could see yellowing of the caulk like in the sink, the plate over the knobs in the shower were loose. Maintenance is key to get returning clients The food is top notch.. the best idly I have ever eaten in my life and service is excellent.

We stayed at Gokulam Park hotel on our recent visit to Guruvayoor. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional.

Breakfast time is from 07:30 to 10:30. Even though we booked breakfast with our stay, we could not have it as we had to leave early. It would be convenient if breakfast time starts early, maybe 06:30 or so.

The friendliness and service oriented approach of your staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. However, some areas have a faint strange odour that you may wish to look into. The rooms were nice and spacious and service was very quick. The breakfast was nice.

The hotel location and approach from the highway can be a bit confusing and since you do not yet have boards guiding the guests, I suggest you send out some detailed instructions in advance to guests who book with you.

The hotel was very good. The rooms were aesthetically done. The buffet breakfast was also good. The location is excellent with a lot of open space unlike the hotels near the temple. They offer a free pickup and drop to the temple which is very convenient. The staff at the reception were always pleasant and helpful.Gopika needs a special mention here.We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Guruvayoor.
