We stayed in Lilac Guruvayur for a day. Was an amazing experience from drive in to drive out. 1. Brand new property- tasteful interiors, spanking clean and maintained perfectly. Large spacious room and bathrooms. 2. Helpful and efficient staff. Security in the driveway, Front desk team, Housekeeping staff and awesome F&B team. Special mention to Anand and Abhi at the restaurant. The restaurant manager gave us several tips for the temple visits. Thanks to Priyadarshini at the front desk for efficient check in. Met the gracious GM Ranjith both at check in and check out. 3. Loved the food in the restaurant and room service- ‘home’ taste and with each dish made with care. We enjoyed the food so much that we had all our meals at Lilac during our Guruvayur stay. Thanks to Arjun in the kitchen and Chef Murali. 4. Will definitely be back next year. The quiet and peaceful atmosphere inside and outside the hotel. Close proximity to temple- walkable distance to south nada. Spacious & well lit room with large beds. The tile on the bathroom floor to scrub feet- ideal after temple visit, is a very thoughtful design. Highly impressed. Overall cleanliness - commendable. Food - Dinner- less oily dishes, crisp delicious kerala porotta, delectable daal makhani. Lunch- the kerala meals 😋- massive and elegant presentation. Special mention.. manchow soup.. ideal for the monsoon, my kids loved it. Quick room service. Courteous & polite staff- always with a smile.

Clean and tidy rooms, bathroom was neat and clean with required toiletries, good comfortable beds, good linen, helpful and courteous service personnel, very good veg restaurant with Jain food options, good car parking. Hotel located in less than 750 mts from the Krishna temple. Access to differently abled people. Including a facility of courtesy accommodation for the guest’s driver or at a nominal fee or having an arrangement with some nearby lodge will be an added feather to the cap

Food at the restaurant is not that great, even the breakfast spread is just OK. The menu has very few varieties and the names of dishes do not do justice to the ones actually served for example I ordered Methi Masala expecting it to be a dish of Methi Saag, what I got was mixed veg curry with lots of kasuri methi in it. There are good restaurants towards the west nada that have greater variety and awesome food at far lesser bargains.

Location , Clean Spacious rooms , courteous staff and excellent food. We stayed here for an important event with around 40 of our guests and during our stay we received the best attention and service. GM Mr. Renjith , Guest relations Mr. Bipin and Chef Shiju did everything possible to make us and our guests feel comfortable. The hotel housekeeping team also needs a mention as they found a bag with valuables eft behind by one of our guests and returned it intact.

Decent room since it seemed relatively new. Good restaurant with friendly staff apart from the staff at the reception.

The staff at the reception were rude, unfortunately. They were upset that we did not have the proper change of cash when checking out. Finally, the security staff at the gate was super helpful to provide us the change from what seemed like his personal saving bundle. Very thankful to him for digging from his personal savings to provide us the change.

The overall stay at Lilac Guruvayoor was excellent. Right from the time we checked-in, the experience was flawless. Every aspect of our comfort was taken care of. The staff led by their GM, Ranjith Menon, was extremely courteous and attentive to every need. In the restaurant, we got excellent service from Akhil. This has been our best hotel stay in Guruvayoor over all the years that we have been visiting.

I like the size of the rooms and hospitality given by staffs. Twin beds are available for family of 4 people which is not available generally. I would like to highlight about staff Safwan in reception who called us when we missed mobile phone in room. He also gave a warm welcome to us and was supportive with all requests.

The only thing I felt is missing of hand shower facility. If you are helping kids during bathing hand shower is must. So i recommend to upgrade with hand showers.

This was our first visit to this properly and we found the rooms spacious , clean and the property well maintained. We experienced Soothing ambience , tasteful decor, courteous staff the quality of food stood out. Overall it was great experience and we will be back to savor more.

We found the pillows fluffy but too large for comfort. Will be great if Lilac can provide smaller pillows for people who use lighter ones.

Amazing staff and Everyone has a smile on their face. The restaurant staff must get a special mention. They are excellent and made us feel at home. The food was delicious. The lunch thali was the best in Guruvayur, dinner was good and the Breakfast buffet was the best I have had in India.

The dinner menu was more north indian. A south indian menu would have made it even more amazing!
