Staff were very accomodative and helpful beyond their requirements. Rooms were cleaned when we arrived and they allowed checking us in a little earlier than 12 pm considering we had twin kids with us. That is much appreciated. The hall was quite spacious with a clean and big sofa and TV (though we never watched the TV). The kitchen had an induction, kettle, oven and basic plates and a cup which were neat.

The doors of the bathrooms were not closing properly. Some of the sheets on the doors and wardrobes had weared off which could cause injury if not noticed. The description of the property mentioned kitchenware, but there weren't any vessels available. Only some plates and cups. A service apartment should ideally have a kitchen with some vessels to facilitate some basic cooking and heating.

No breakfast was provided - but they provided a kettle, water, sachets of tea, and milk. Parking area can be improved and there seems to be no one to monitor the parking zone. The entrance can be made more welcoming

When I reached the hotel, no parking was available. I was asked to park in the adjacent plot - morning my car was blocked by another car and they got it removed only by 09:45 am

No kitchen utensils , no cooking facilities this is very disappointing No restaurants near by, cooking facilities is a must

A nice apartment to stay with your family.A proper 2 bhk apartment which is near to guruvayur. Well behaving and helpful staffs. Geyser , AC was properly working.

Small problems like remote of tv was not working, some lights of room were continuously blinking. But overall no such major issues to address

Everything except location, manager lady is a treasure to the home stay, even she went out to upgrading room to studio apartment

1. Should provide shuttle service to the Centre /restaurant /temple. 2. Should have a common pantry that provides coffee /tea . 3. Can provide provide basic vessels if one wants to stay in the apartment for sometime.
