Firstly , we were delayed as our car met with an accident . We called and were reassured that the room would be retained . Furthermore we were allowed a delayed checkout in view of our condition with no extra charge . Speaks volumes of the customer friendliness. The room itself was quite spacious , had a long table for those inclined to get onto their laptops beside two lovely sofas in a sort of enclosed sitting area- great for lounging with the paper or a quick business meeting . Separate bathrooms were a bonus with great hot water . What however blew us - was the enormous and varied breakfast buffet - mind blowing in range quality and variety .And yes the days newspapers , general and business ,were available for pick up near the reception.

The hotel signboard is hardly visible . We reached late at night , couldn't identify though Google maps was spot on , recircled and came back to the same spot before an Eureka moment!. The signboard is hidden by the curvature of the road and the bushes / wall in front

The ambience, clean rooms, courtesy of the staff were too good.

The night before we left was a bad experience. Our room 203 is near the lift. Some people who got out of the lift were standing there talking loudly and laughing around 10.30 for a long time. Our sleep was disturbed and we had a long drive the next morning. The night shift people should make sure that the lobby of each floor is silent after at least 9.30 or 10.

Good spacious room. Very attentive and helpful housekeeping staff and front desk. Extra time to check was a great help. The security went the extra mile to assist with my wheelchair bound mother helping to cross the busy road across to the shopping mall.

I didn't like that I have nothing to complain ..hahaha.. Well Done Guys and Gals of GRT Hotel.

Loved the hospitality of the associates there, they were very polite and the service was very good. They were quick to attend to requests and created a very peaceful environment to make us feel comfortable. The buffet variety was too good, and tasted like home made food.

The lavatory could have been a bit bigger, it was very cramped and isolated with bathroom, which made it little uncomfortable

Everything was spot on ! Form entry to Exit - i has an amazing experience ! The entire hotel was clean , the staff were super friendly , always checking with us if we need any help ! I will be staying here from now on for all my upcoming visits to trichy

The staff. Rooms were well ventilated. Facilities were adequate

The rooms were good. Clean and neat. But the bathroom shower and wash basin were separated. Though it was convenient in a way, there was no space for changing. Also a doormat is required in all the 3 areas

Excellent hotel and good value. Service is exceptional. Staff are very supportive. We want to mention about MS. Suganya, in restaurant. She is very customer oriented and provides very quick and excellent service. A special mention and thanks to her.

Price little high for the town. May be we must get more discount through booking.com

Well located, Clean, Modern with courteous staff.

The bathroom is split into 3 parts which is not bad in itself but the wash basin is open to the room which is not desirable in this category of hotel, the WC area is very very cramped and the shower is hand shower only, no tap for bucket, no stool and hand sheer is placed in one corner and it splashes on clothes hung, all very inconvenient. As a result of this arrangement, there is no dry space for changing after the shower. The bathroom layout must really be addressed!

This property is very good and located in the centre of the city .. The staff who are in restaurant are very courteous and we'll behaved.

The strength in the restaurant has to be improved as I feel the limited number of staff available are over worked . But they are very good
