Well located, a few km from the Ashram and the temple, just far enough to be very peaceful. The room was comfortable. The staff are very special. Warm and helpful. An especial shout out for Venda and Anjana (front office), Rajiv and Soundarya (House keeping), Karthi and Suresh (restaurant) and not least Jagadeesh the chef. The food was wonderful and reminded us of home cooked food after being on the road for a few days.

A little more attention to the decor, for instance remove the stained and broken chairs form in front of the room.

The location is superb - you can see Arunachala very close from the balcony. It is also very quite, away from the noise of the city, with beautiful greenery. Inner yard and a pool - great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was ideal - we asked to make non-spicy dishes, and they were done excellently (seldom in India, by the way). The only disadvantage - the hotel is quite old and rooms would need to be renovated. But from all aspects this is the least crucial, so I will stay here again for sure when I come back to Arunachala

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere , great place for meditation and relaxing. Amazing and fresh vegetarian food. Huge well done to Manager Mr Ganapathy , Restaurant staff Mr Suresh ,Mr Stanley , Annam Restaurant Chef and all other staff. Accomodating and helpful even where transport arrangements were concerned. Highly recommended!👍🏻

Souvenior store at hotel is pricey !

It is nice property conveniently located near the important points of interest, has ample parking, greenery and open spaces. The rooms are spacious with modern decor and stocked with all aminities. Food is good. The security is good and makes you feel safe. All the staff at the front desk, the restaurant and the property as a whole are excellent!

The front desk (Mrs Venda) and the other lady manager were very helpful in providing the required assistance regarding stay, temple visit information, arranging auto etc. The canteen staff and the chef were very warm and helpful.

Can be a little more cleaner. Car when parked in the parking lot overnight was covered with bird shit.

A very well maintained hotel surrounded by Woods, very courteous receptionists, chef and every staff member. Close to temples and ramanamaharshi ashram. Very clean swimming pool and support staff, they provide swimwear to purchase if you don't have one. Tasty continental buffet for breakfast and dinner. This will be my go to place in this town

Fridge wasn't working, no chilled water bottles more over bathroom Cleaning could have been much better. Cleaning residue was left on the taps and on the flushing panel

Being out of the hustle and bustle was nice and I felt a little isolated so weigh what is more important to you. Quiet time or convenience

The main reason I chose the hotel was because it had a pool. So after a long morning at the caves I could come back and cool off. The pool was out of service for 7 of the 9 days I was there.

Very good location and easy access nice ambiance and good service provided all the staff . Well maintained swimming pool and other areas.

Would have store with minimal swimming outfits available in case customers want to buy

People all nice, especially rajiv was very helpful and the view was spectacular

For over night stay i did not add in my mom, but after check in they asked me to pay for her additionally, if its a norm, I accept their regulation, but felt like spend too much for 1 night stay.
