Friendly staff and very cooperative.Wiiling to help always. The security staff are supportive and helpful. I would like to thank Mr. Prakash in charge of the restaurant. He is very helpful. His guidance to see around Manipal good places and see the beauty of the place and explore the city was very useful. Everyone is very friendly including the staff at reception and the caretaking teams.

All was fine. The Wall fans are too noisy and need some attention. Spa should be available for a relaxation holiday.

Staff were friendly and cooperative; property is well maintained ; front desk staff are good ; location is good & easily accessible to auto stand. Allowed me for early check in & allowed me to store my luggage, since I checked out early. Room was comfortable and all basic facilities were available.

Management has to note that Room curtains to be installed with black out curtains and also in room no 215 there is small window is without curtain. Presently early morning sun light is directly entering the room. Improvement required in breakfast.

The view was good. Location is good. Staff were very friendly.

- Balcony furniture would be good since the view is beautiful. - Windows on higher floors need grills or need to stay permanently locked. This is a safety hazard. - There were some mosquitos one night. Would be good if they provide a mosquito repellent. - Breakfast needs a major upgrade. The spread is too small.

Beautiful balcony but no outdoor chair /seating. Room should have mini fridge, black out curtains and better geyser. Also there was no rack to put bag on.

We had 4 rooms. Request was made for all to be on the same floor We were not accommodated inspite of booking 3 months in advance

Nice place to stay in Manipal. Staff is really pleasant and helpful, I felt friendly atmosphere. Room was well maintained, clean, very spacious, even with small kitchen. Balcony was also there with lovely view. Breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties. Highly recommend this place.

Nice hotel, very helpful front desk staff (ordered taxi or auto-riksha, helped when it was needed).

I am European and local food breakfast I couldn’t eat but they offered omelettes of my choice and fresh fruits and black coffee).

It is very difficult not to like anything about this hotel, excellent room, very neat and clean, nice location, well behaved staffs, breakfast also very good

Brand new hotel, so it is new property feeling, staff is very cordial very spacious room I hope they keep up the same spirit in future wish them all the best
