Pleasant Stay Neat and clean rooms All ( or most )of the rooms have balcony Got a valley facing room. Linen was clean and crisp Super impressed Breakfast is good too We tried local fish curry and some kababs with kulchas Food was delicious Location of the hotel is an advantage Though in the heart ❤️ of the town hotel has lot of privacy Very safe for lone and female travellers too as observed many families are staying comfortably Have round the clock security, surrounded by public area CCTV. Reception staff is very co operative special thanks to Vighnesh and Kruti Always arranged cab and rikshaw whenever i needed Wifi is super fast Highly recommended

Excellent hospitality Staff were cordial and always there to assist. Rooms are clean, beautiful and well maintained Food is good, Prawns ghee roast is a must try Buffet breakfast was good. Chef Ajay made waffles for our kids All serving staff were polite, Attentive Pinki and team took care of our kids and kept them entertained always Evening we decided to try their Bar, The Cove Not very crowded, They had good selection of single malts and cocktails They arranged tables outside the restaurant and had good rock music playing 🎴 in the area Relaxing and breathtaking view of valley next to the seating area made the evening more memorable We also ordered few tikkas as starters It's very well prepared with the right marination Highly recommend this place and we will visit again

Requested a late check out, not got as they were booked and hotel was full seems. At Front office Kruti and Vighnesh did their best, But couldn't able to extend. Allowed us to keep our bags till late evening Thanks to the entire team

Wonderful view, very tasty food, very helpful and friendly staff! They all made my stay memorable! I am grateful to all hotel employees who welcomed me with smiles and warmly made my stay very pleasant: Jayashri, Kruthi, the kitchen and very friendly serving personnel who prepared and served very tasty traditional dishes and got me acquainted with the flavoured and spicy Indian cuisine, the maintainance and cleaning staff, who were all very helpful and nice!

I stayed here for 1 night. Rooms allotted had a balcony and beautiful view of valley. Rooms are well maintained had a work desk too Tea coffee makers in the room Toiletries kept are of high end Location is excellent very near to KMC campus Food was good too. Service was warm Overall a great value for money Surely will come again as I have to visit every month to this city

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Tea tree suites. Well decorated and maintained ( rooms) suites There is a separate dining area in rooms Bed linen and bath rooms were tidy Have used their mini gym and pool We had their buffet breakfast. Its good too Serving staff always had the smiling faces Overall a good stay

May be an indoor game room or a library can be added

I stayed recently at Tea tree suites Its extremely safe for a solo female traveller like me Rooms are well maintained Breakfast buffet was great View from room was amazing Swimming pool at the top floor has amazing view Pool is clean too They have a mini gym too Location is very convenient Wi-Fi is great Value for money

Friendly staff and very cooperative.Wiiling to help always. The security staff are supportive and helpful. I would like to thank Mr. Prakash in charge of the restaurant. He is very helpful. His guidance to see around Manipal good places and see the beauty of the place and explore the city was very useful. Everyone is very friendly including the staff at reception and the caretaking teams.

All was fine. The Wall fans are too noisy and need some attention. Spa should be available for a relaxation holiday.

Staff were friendly and cooperative; property is well maintained ; front desk staff are good ; location is good & easily accessible to auto stand. Allowed me for early check in & allowed me to store my luggage, since I checked out early. Room was comfortable and all basic facilities were available.

Management has to note that Room curtains to be installed with black out curtains and also in room no 215 there is small window is without curtain. Presently early morning sun light is directly entering the room. Improvement required in breakfast.
