I had a wonderful stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Manipal. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the amenities you'd expect from a top-tier hotel. One of the highlights was the rooftop infinity pool and bar—absolutely stunning, especially during the evening! The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a variety of South Indian and continental options, all fresh and flavorful. Special thanks to the restaurant and housekeeping teams for their attentiveness and service. They really made my stay feel comfortable and personalized. Overall, it's the best hotel experience in Manipal—perfect for both business and leisure stays. Highly recommended!

I had a problem with my refrigerator as I need to keep insulin / other medication but evening when I returned to the room I noticed fridge was not working and all my medicines got spoiled I called the reception and promptly the send the technician and to my surprise the technician told me fridge work only so much and it doesn’t keep anything cool and total bluff Then Mr Michael came on and replaced the fridge It happened on 15 th May night around 9 / 9 30 pm

Suites are spacious. Food options at Cafe are limited beyond lunch dinner hours. The pool is very nice with a view of udipi. Excellent staff and location. Each suite has two rest rooms which is useful with a family. Room type accomodates max 3 though 4 with small kids would be very comfortable too. If 3 adults are booked for one can get a floor mattress without extra. Extra cot if chosen however is charged around 1500. Recommended for those visiting KMC manipal

Parking is woeful. They have blocked the basement for hotel storage requirements. 5-6 cars can max park in driveway. Rest on road subject to tree branches falling in monsoon. The suites have a pvt smoking area separate from rooms but the rooms do smell of smoke. Need to keep some rooms as non smoking.

The staff were very good. Quick check-in. The person who accompanies us to the room was extremely good (sorry, I did not ask the name, somebody who worked as security in Mangalore previously). He was very pleasant and extremely courteous; he helped us throughout in luggage and vehicle, offered us a welcome drink, offered to show the rooms and choose the spacious one for 3 people, and spoke to us. Hassle-free check-out, extremely polite reception staff, good room service, great coffee, good breakfast (especially the vadas were perfect). (clean rooms, good lights, good furniture, aesthetics). This is our third time here and it still remains the best option in Manipal.

The hotel superseded our expectations. The entire staff (Dipankar, Chandra, Gita, Asha, Tharun, and others in the restaurant) just were super amazing. The entire team made us feel like home. Just enjoyed every bit of my stay there.

The swimming pool needs maintenance. The pigeon shit is not cleaned.

9 nights with my wife and daughter in this beautiful haven have been a remarkable experience. The staff are incredibly hospitable and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. - Special mention for Mr Dibankar at the lobby receiving us with open arms and helping with logistics everyday. - Sunitha akka from the restaurant staff who also kept our 2 year old toddler so engaged and having fun and was always very helpful, Anitha and all the other restaurant staff. - Regular checks and inquiries from Mr Michael D’Souza the restaurant manager and the entire team overall. - All the people behind the scenes including chefs, housekeeping staff and security. - The front office staff including Naro, Pallavi, Dennis and all the others for their hospitable and good natured services. The rooms are well spaced out and have all you need; the place smells pleasant and give you instant positive vibes as soon as you walk in; the services are top notch and the food at Mosaic is fantastic; especially the amazing breakfast spread everyday. The pool is also clean and well maintained and a pleasant experience. We have had a very memorable experience and if and when we were to visit Manipal again; Country Inn would definitely be our go to place as the Radisson standards have been met completely. For a city like Manipal, the tariff seems to be on the higher side. While the facilities, room size, cleanliness, staff service and overall hospitality was great, paying 8k per night is definitely a premium not worth it

Large amount of insightly rubbish were visible in the empty space outside my window. Cars were parked randomly, and a large amount of rubbish was scattered about.
