The hotel was centrally located. The staff was always willing to help out on every request we made without any apprehensions whatsoever. Every person of the hotel was positive in their response. Obviously the leadership is of a very high order.

The entrance to the lane leading to the hotel could have been cleaner, especially because it is located at the prestigious Kala Ghoda circle. However this is not a Hotel issue - the municipal authorities need to handle that.

Responsive front desk. Smooth check in. When landed rooms were ready with the requests made during booking. Nice breakfast spread, excellent service by the restaurant staff. Prompt response by the House keeping staff. Ordered food from the restaurant - Tried Non Veg / Veg / Chinese - good taste & portions

Elevators need upgradation.

Friendly staff. Good widespread choice for a Buffet Breakfast included in the Room Tariff. Property is in a centrally located area with close proximity to basic requirements.

Room is a bit congested with the shower almost adjoining the Bed. However, can be an OK for Solo travellers. Guests may be cautioned to maintain silence and keep noise levels down with consideration to others.

The front desk personL were new,hence could not give info. It would be better if one trained staff is also there, especially in the peak hrs. The bathroom floor is slippery , should be non skid. Shower water comes over to the washbasin area.

The rooms were well designed and equipped. Buffet dinner and breakfast at Kalaghoda restaurant was awesome and value for money. Special mention for Shri Kalpesh at the Kalaghoda restaurant for his agile and alert service with smile.

Front office staff at the time of check in was not at all welcoming. They were having no expressions of smile or courtesy. Very disappointed at the way they were doing paperwork and related things.

Clean and neat place, good location, courteous staff. Special mention to Ms Charu at the front desk for giving an early check-in. Good food as well. At this price point, definitely an excellent option

The Deluxe room could have been slightly bigger, but definitely not a deal breaker

Breakfast spread was really good. Nothing to complain about. Location wise, it was not very far from Vadodra railway station. Duty manager was courteous and helpful.

Room was smaller in size, But okay. Curtain blinds were inadequate to prevent the bright sun light entering the room. Lift and lobby were not very impressive.

Excellent location, excellent service, good value for the money! The staff is always helpful (Mr. Prem was always there to assist me), the restaurant food is great, they offer rich and tasty breakfast. A very good choice for couples, solo or business travelers. They provide complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. I will definitely book again!

Wonderful staff and very courteous. Every staff member was very helpful. They all went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. F&B was of the highest order and we felt quite pampered.

Everything was comfortable, good buffet breakfast, friendly staff.

Cleanliness of room, especially bedsheets, pillows etc , before checkin could have been better..However, they were immediately replaced with clean ones, once I informed the front office.
